Terrible After Sales Service
When I first wished to become a client I checked in with a neighbor who was using Ubora, and they mentioned that they had many bugs with the application, and Ubora had been slow in fixing them. I still decided to give this company a chance, and invested over 20,000 Euros in Solar Panels and a Tesla charger with them. But since 7 months ago when we installed the Tesla charger, it has not ben functioning properly and we have written and called many times. A few times they promised to send a technician to come and take a look, but on the last minute the technician always cancelled. Now 7 months later, we still don't have a resolution and no technician has come over to fix our charger issue. I would be very hesitant before selecting this company for your charging needs.
