I have been drinking this for a while without issue but recenctly have found large lumps and an odd taste. Purchased from different shops and still the same issues - not good. Will stop buying until this gets sorted out!

Had a Chocolate and Strawberry one and gave both a good shake but the chocolate one had slimy congealed pieces in it and the strawberry one was all good until I got to the bottom and there was 3 big slimy pieces.

It's really putting me off the brand

Great Customer Services, NOT so great if you email the Marketing Team (very rude replies) but that being said the product itself makes up for the rudeness!

Bought a 50 gram strawberry shake today, it was full of lumps even after shaking it.

I took it back in to the shop and had it exchanged only to then find the next one was exactly the same. I have been drinking these shakes for a few years and never had it taste like this before. I was nearly sick.

Based on other recent reviews i would imagine something has gone wrong at the factory that needs sorting.

The shop wouldnt refund me either!

I have been drinking the 50g Chocolate shakes for many months. Opened a sealed one of an 8 pack today and it tasted sour. I had noticed the last batch was a bit lumpy despite shaking a lot, which wasn't the case before. Has the recent heat caused problems in there storage area? The Vanilla and Banana seem ok though. Have emailed Customer Service, but looks from other recent reviews recently, I will just be offered a silly voucher. Might get a test carried out to see if I have been food poisoned. £16.50 down the drain as I will dispose of the remaining case of 8.

These drinks genuinely helped me so much, I have one a day which really helps me actually hit my protein goals, I’m a picky eater and I don’t like most of the lean high protein food options but these are genuinely great, I’ve lost 6% body fat so far over around a month to a month and a half, I have 1 of these a day and it’s helped me so much to get leaner and fitter

Absolutely disgusting. Bought the 25g chocolate from a vending machine. Paid £3… would never try it again. Horrible taste and even worse after taste.

Material de proasta calitate. Nu se calca, la prima spalare s-a decolorat si am urme de vopsea pe ea si pe celelalte haine din masina se spalat. Am facut retur pe fashiondays si nici dupa 30 de zile nu am primit banii. Statusul e in verificare. Cu siguranta voi merge la protectia consumatorului.

Disappointed with UFIT drinks as it is the third I have had now that is lumpy. Had to bin them but then I’m not getting my full amount of protein. What is going on with this product? Only recently started having these issues.

Disappointed with the new UFIT batches
I’ve been buying UFIT Chocolate 50g protein shakes for quite a while and have always really liked them.
Recently I’ve noticed that the bottles have changed. The older bottles were much more sturdy and rigid, whereas the new bottles are noticeably softer and flimsy.
More importantly, I don’t think the drink itself is as good as it used to be. The taste and consistency seem different compared with the older bottles I still have.
I’d really like UFIT to clarify whether the recipe, ingredients or manufacturing process has changed, because I preferred the older version by far.
I hope UFIT will look into this, as I’m disappointed that a product I’ve bought regularly no longer seems to be the same quality.

I recently ordered a batch of 24 chocolate flavour 500ml drinks and the quality was unacceptable. The bottom half of the bottles was thick,lumpy undrinkable solid.

I have used these for a while now, never had any problems and taste good 😊 they now do higher protein which is a plus and if you order directly it's lots less than in a shop.

2 out of the 18 shakes I bought online were curdled. When i complained - they gave me a discount voucher which is pointless as it would require me to meet a minimum spend. I had asked for a replacement. Overall - not a great experience and will not be repurchasing this

Ordered 60 dated July 2026, majority of them are OFF! Stale, Clumpy and smell awful. Emailed U-Fit and got zero reply. Awful product awful customer service!

Fantastic website made ordering so quick and easy. My order was delivered the next day which was great and I also received 2 boxes of cereals free of charge which is much appreciated. The only downside I would like to mention is the packaging because the cardboard box really wasn't strong enough for the weight of the product and was beginning to collapse.

Thought I’d try ordering from website after trying the product in Asda , need some better discount codes as Asda £1.78 per bottle and online works out £2.40 ?? Totally put me off won’t be ordering again unless some sensible discounts.

I brought 5 cases os shakes with a sell by date ov feb 28. I noticed when the arrived some ov the shakes had a sell by date ov early Feb. I pointed this out to the company. I have had zero help back from them. I threw the shakes away. If it’s a genuine mistake then the company should get back in touch with the customer and explain. If not then they are selling out ov dates shakes. Be careful when ordering The reply will be. We are sorry to hear ov your experience. Please contact our customer support team.
