Same experience as the review below. I requested to cancel my subscription before the trial ended, and also generated the first free video, but it was not of standard, to be honest, one of the worse. Yet they still charged me monthly plan after the trial ended, even though the refund policy stated that the first video does not count, and if credits are not being used, I can be refunded. It has been 2 weeks, 3 emails sent to their support and marketing email. No response at all. With the same worry, I am afraid that I will get charged again without even using the account and no ways of cancelling my subscription since they have ignored all my emails and the only way to cancel the subscription is through their support email which they will never ever reply. The only way I can think of is cancelling my credit card, seriously screw this shit company. Don't trust this company please.

Charged the full monthly fee the second I started a video that then failed to generate. Their own terms say failed generations do not trigger the paid conversion. I pointed that out. They blamed the underlying AI model, offered a goodwill re-run, and then went completely silent on the refund.
Their terms also state the conversion trigger three different ways in three different sections. One video, second video, three videos. Take that however you like.

Later they billed me the regular plan price on an account I was not even using. I deleted the account to stop it happening again, and emailed to confirm I would not be charged going forward. No response.

They ghosted me again. So right now I am sitting here expecting another charge next month with no way to get an answer out of them.

Ahead of lots of other softwares for UGC ads. Price is solid and I consistently run these to scale my brands. Highly reccomend and im surprised the price isnt higher for what you get.
