I bought one of their plastic sheds 4 years ago , it had the claim it was virtually indestructible with a 10 year guarantee, it has been pretty good , the doors have blown in a couple of times even with a large padlock on during windy nights. Recently during storm dave the doors blew in again over night and the wind forced panels off the side, one snapping and one splitting which I was surprised at due to their promo videos showing they wont break whatsoever.
I've reached out to Palram, they replied to my first email but are now not replying, ive got quite a lot of expensive gardening equipment in the shed which is currently open to the elements and possible theft so I needed a quick resolution, basically 2 replacement panels , I have given proof in the form of photographic evidence this has happened but up to now no help , therefore I would not recommend them for the palram canopia grey plastic shed and wouldn't trust their quality or guarantee. Hopefully they'll come back and help but up to now (2 weeks) nothing. :(

Bought a lean-to greenhouse last year, finally got around to putting it up this week only to discover the door isn't reversible to it's useless. Can't return it, my fault but read the small print carefully, apparently it's somewhere in the FAQ's

I bought a greenhouse in october 2025 and have erected it over the last two days with two people.

I would describe the item as very difficult to assemble, taking 2 full days

The windows on the rear apex are not ling enough and there is a gap. The magnettic stopper for the door prevents closure, tried a couple of ways to secure it, initially using diagram on instructions, this did not work.

I personally would not recommend this product and would never buy again, i am fully expecting a bit of wind it will be no good

The structure is flimsey, and i would say poor value for money

I needed some roof panel securing clips to replace those that had been broken during high winds. I didn't expect them and the postage to be free of charge but that's exactly what I got.

Excellent service, I required a spare part for an awning installed about 7 years ago.
They had it and were happy to send. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part, they sent the correct one to me promptly, and did not charge me, even though it was my error.
Only minor issue is that their response was a bit slow, probably 3 or 4 days after emails were sent.

Review of Palram Canopia Glory 8' x 20' Greenhouse.

Greenhouse arrived in 4 very large boxes containing hundreds of parts and fixings.

Fortunately the printed instructions are quite good because this greenhouse required a lot of assembly taking care to use the correct fixings for the appropriate parts and in the correct order.

Choose dry weather with little or no wind. I started on Friday afternoon but unfortunately there were some key parts missing from the boxes. Customer Service staff finished at lunchtime and so I couldn't order the missing parts until Monday and by the time they arrived and I had time to resume the assembly, the weather deteriorated!

Overall, the materials are good quality and the design is well thought out. Strangely there are 2 exceptions which let it down:
1. each corner post has 2 bracing rods which are extremely flimsy. The ones designed to stop the structure moving when hit by strong winds along the long sides are absolutely useless. Strips of cardboard would be equally effective! Being aluminium and polycarbonate it is relatively lightweight and so its ability to withstand gales is crucial. I made 4 rods out of thicker stronger angle bar and hopefully they will suffice.
2. the gutters are a terrible design. On the long greenhouses like mine, fitting them is very awkward. The method of joining the sections is flawed; the joints will leak and water will run inside the greenhouse unless you make major modifications, and the gutters themselves are largley enclosed, allowing leaves to wash into the gutter which you can not then get into to clean out. In autumn it will block very quickly.

In summary, well designed (apart from the 2 points above), decent quality materials, good assembly guide and excellent UK Customer Service dep't with very helpful staff

Very happy with our purchase, delivery was on time, it would be helpful to arrange for fittings, screws etc to be packaged in separate bags instead of 1 big bag all mixed up, look forward to my free gift

I needed some guidance about how this product would be installed ahead of purchase.
The team was super fast, response and had all the answers I needed!

Canopy seems good quality, but arrived with most of the larger metal pieces badly scratched. Nearly 2 months and 18 emails later (partly with Palram/Canopia, partly Costco), and still waiting for a resolution... my last email ignored for nearly a week now.

Hard to recommend.

As I have dealt with this company before I got exactly what I expected.A straight forward and efficient system administered by a friendly lady.

Brilliant customer service

My interaction started when I saw a canopy at costco and thought it would be great to protect my wifes soft-top from the elements.
However I had an issue, my boundary is only 3m away and I could not have any overhang and slide in units would not work. I contacted canopia via the whatsapp chat on their site and spoke to Leona Cuffy, who talked me through the maths of it and how to adjust the unit t so as not to have overhang, and how the units slotted together.
I then contacted late on Friday about connecting kits but didn't get a reply (it was nearly 5) But then on Mon morning I got a whatsapp and Leona contacted me again and sorted out ordering the part and then followed it up the following day to make sure that it had all been arranged.
To top it all off the canopy that I was told would take 7-10 days to deliver is going to be delivered on Thur, 3 days after ordering.

I haven't tried or built the canopy yet, but the instructions are very clear and I hope that if there is a problem the post-sales process will be as good.
