Awful - totally regret buying an item from them - terrible quality and the return system is a scam

Putting a star for this company was difficult it was not worth my time to bother returning the rag they sent me. It’s a complete scam! Do not buy anything from them. They are not uk based as suggested on the website. Avoid!

Avoid them at all costs, they refund partially and are misleading about international returns. They had a UK address and their website still has it but they are rogues. They claim they only do free returns on USA but this information is unclear on their website. With their conflicting terms. I paid 26 pounds or so to refund an item that is small and looks nothing like displayed in terms of quality. They try to keep your money through credit notes, I would never shop with them again. They also have very poor customer service, no phone support and text messages through their website chat that is very detached from reality. Please save yourself unnecessary stress.

I ordered this item and paid insurance plus outfit for over 60 pounds. The dress looks nothing like displayed. Sleeves are so short. I have struggled to see how to return as there are no contact details and it doesn’t allow me request for a refund on a UK address. When I checked it said there is a UK based contact so I thought my items came from them but it then says it’s an international based contact. The issue is the process to return seems nearly impossible. I would have waited before posting a review but I feel the stress to have a straightforward process from refunds is unnecessary, why should I have to wait for an email before I can return an item that does not fit me and I do not like.

I ordered 2 items, but received only one.
There is no human to answer in their online chat and no phone number to call.
I sent an email, DM and posted a comment on their Instagram, still no answer!

Do not buy from this website. The returns process is terrible and very expensive. I have now posted the item on Vinted because the returns cost was extortionate. The cardigan I bought was cheap and nasty and not worth the £62 I paid for it. Avoid at all costs.

The material of the item was awful. But worst of all is their returns policy. They don't warn you before you buy that they force you to return to the USA, the postage of which will literally cost more than your item does. They won't provide a UK address, contact email or even basic info like their company registration number, etc. Definitely violating UK laws in this regard. Avoid!! They also ship from China but don't indicate this at point of sale.

It’s the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had! I’ve never spent this amount of postal fee (22£) for the return. Product (skirt) I’ve ordered is completely different in the website. It was written 100% cotton but it was 100% polyester on the label. Stitches were horrible. I’ve lost totally ~55£ for nothing and the terrible experience.

Skirt advertised as 100% cotton. When it arrived label said 100% polyester only. Also hem was not stitched. It was literally raw and I have to literally finish making this skirt. Very strange

Ich habe 3 Röcke bestellt - da ich eine Auswahl brauchte. Ich dachte es handelt sich um ein hochwertigeres britisches Unternehmen und war dann überrascht dass es typische "billige" Ware aus China ist. Es irritiert immer wenn es keine einfache Möglichkeit zur Retoure gibt, aber das Kundenservice war sehr schnell und nett. Ich konnte die Ware dann auch nach Deutschland statt England zurückschicken (sonst wäre der Versand noch teurer gewesen). Das Geld für die zwei retournierten Röcke habe ich noch am selben Tag zurückbekommen, was ich sehr toll fand!

Ordered 2x dresses - they arrived from China, cheap material and very disappointed with them as they don't look as good as they do online.
Came to return them, and discovered I have to arrange for it to be sent back to their USA warehouse myself, which will cost >£20, as well as a $7 returns handling fee from them! Not happy.

Christmas collection was just a big disappointment. You can see through the top. Horrible quality not like in the pictures. It should be £1 not £35 for that cheap quality material. I will not order again!! Also be aware pictures are AI now so all look perfect online

BUYER BEWARE

On their website they state they ship from the UK and other European warehouses, no mention of China, my order however was shipped from China. They also tell you your item will ship within 3-5 working dyas, which is also a lie. All of the above contravines various UK consumer law. For example: This constitutes a misleading commercial practice under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, as you provided false or deceptive information that affected my decision to make the purchase. Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the time frame agreed at the point of sale.
I have asked for a cancellation and refund multiple times, they keep offering me additional discount. The order has now arrived far too late, they have now sent an email which asks for a positive review, in return for credit!! Absolute charlatans! Will be pursuing a dispute through pyapal and reporting to trading standards

Do not recomand it, they send me part order and when asking to sent back as I do not have use for only half of it, they asked me to pay for the return in the USA even though it was the company problem. Cost £23 to send it back to them.

This has to be the biggest scam company and ripp off merchants I have ever come across. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Clothes are rubbish and there is no returns. They charge exhorbitant prices for rubbish. Do not and I mean do not deal with them. Everything on their website in terms of policies is a downright lie. AVOID AVOID

Do not use Chicwish, you have been warned. Zero correspondence on order not received. Company lied about order being delivered. Will not refund money back into my account, so paid for nothing.

Ordered a dress with $20 shipping fee. Was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days but arrived 10 days later. Dress quality was so poor. Had to lose $25 to return it. The prices are expensive for this quality and it’s not worth at all!

I wish I could give a zero review. The item wasn’t in stock although it didn’t say this at the time of order. Once it was dispatched it sat in the US for weeks. It still hasn’t arrived. When I asked for a refund they said no as it was dispatched. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never buy from this company!

Waited weeks for delivery and then when it did arrive, the quality of the skirt and top were awful. Cheap tat. Cost over £20 to return to the US (which I hadn’t appreciated when I ordered). A costly lesson and won’t purchase from here again.

I ordered a dress which arrived after 10 days. Quality was poor and when I tried to return it they wanted to only refund £2 instead of £46.
Im chasing them on a daily basis with no response.
If I continue to be unsuccessful I will have to take it further
