The products are really lovely and really suit my hair. The customer service is great. I had placed an order to be sent to my daughter and later that evening realised I'd put the wrong postcode. I had a quick response and it was dealt with immediately

I ordered a number of styling products aa I had tried the minis before and loved them, however, when I received my order, it was completely different to what I ordered. I received shampoo and conditioner, which I don't get in with as it makes my hair fluffy.
Contacted the customer service using the "hello@curlsmith' address as there is no other way of contacting them. Not heard from them, nothing, it's been over a week!!

Had a major problem with a delivery - the courier was the problem - Alicia at Curlsmith went above and beyond to help me out - order finally arrived - I don't have the words to say how awesome she was and she was so patient with all my distress - thank you Alicia!!!!!

Great haircare
I'd been using their products for a year, and my hair are so happy with it. Even when I scanned the structure of hair at the hairdresser, they said the hair condition is almost ideal and I should continue doing the care I'm doing now.
In addition to this, amazing customer service: I moved to another country and didn't cancel my subscription on time, but Alicia was able to quickly cancel my order before it's been shipped, processed the refund and was very supportive

My experience with customer service was Great! Stephanie listened to my concerns and resolved the issue immediately :)
