I contacted the company through the Messenger App as I had a partial shipment I wanted to check on. I got a very quick response from them. They not only answered my questions for me but I wanted to find out the size of an item that was described only by weight. They were so great as they went to the factory where they were made/stored and asked there about the actual size for me. That was going the extra mile I thought. It was wonderful service, quick, reliable and very helpful. Also the products from this company are well made. I have bought kits and beads from other companies, some were alright to good but some were cheaply done as in badly printed kits where the beads didn't fit the squares and the beads would almost crumble at the edges. This company ha great product, the kits are well printed, adequately sticky pages, very good quality beads and lastly good communication through email about shipments with tracking info supplied. I highly recommend this company Diamondpaintinggifts.com. I have placed a few orders now and have always been very happy with the items. The prices are good as well, very affordable.
