Very disappointed with the customer service. I placed an order weeks ago and still not arrived. Emails bounce back. Messaged through Facebook and no reply. Definitely won’t be buying through this company again.

Absolutely not happy at all as I have had no notification on when my order is going to be with me. I have no wax to finish of my little girls birthday card who has cancer and who’s birthday it is on Friday. It’s an absolute disgrace and I won’t be ordering anything more from you. My friend ordered something the same time as me and her order is coming tomorrow.

I ordered 2 diamond paintings 10 days ago and have heard nothing for the supplier I would NOT recommend this site to anyone awful customer service beware

I recieved the diamond art brooches

I purchased some diamond art suncatchers but, sadly they did not come with any assembling instructions. Someone responded very quickly and sent me a video showing how to put it all together. Great customer service! Thank you!

I'd seen a coaster set I wanted to buy as a gift, clicked on the link and ordered the item. What came was completely different to what I was led to believe I was ordering, no different shaped gems or cases for the top of the coaster. Also arrived lose in a cheap plastic bag, no instructions. I've been in contact with their customer services who are extremely rude and on our last email exchange when I asked how I returned the them for refund, I was met with 'it's not our fault you ordered the wrong item'!!!!! If you see an item and you click on the link make sure you check and double check what you are getting. I won't be using them again.
