Ordered a ecoflow delta 2 and solar panel package. Nowhere did it say they would ship separately. Ive received the delta 2 but the solar panel will arrive at some later date . The only reason I know this is because I got a random tracking email the day after I received the delta. Ecoflow should of really told me this. I'm looking at sending back the delta 2 and refusing delivery of the solar panel. Very disappointing.

Update: Solar panel turned up without the cable to attach it to the Delta. Been on with customer service chat for an hour just waiting. They ignored my emails now they're ignoring me on the live chat.

Good job i kept the boxes to return them because I doubt i'll get my issues sorted.

No idea how they have a 3.2 star rating on trustpilot with 2 reviews that are both one star.

VAT is charged at 20% though zero-rated in UK.
Recommend Ecoflow uses a special discount code for home batteries and solar for UK customers.
I have been unable to get a response from Ecoflow over the past 2 months re how to remove the 20% charge from home use items such as Ecoflow Stream, and from solar panels, though these are zero-rated in UK. Hence this attempt via TRUSTPILOT.
