Heather has been incredible throughout the entire application process. She has such a positive and kind persona which helps to keep nerves and anxiety to a minimum when applying. Heather has also been extremely responsive to all of my emails and phone calls and has been the only person that I have contacted, which has made the process really simple and easy!

I had Heather supporting me through the application and interview process. She could not have been nicer. When a fellow candidate failed to show, she was placed in the group activity with myself and other candidates and hyped us all up. Where do I start? I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with grafton and that’s all thanks to HEATHER SHE IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS LITERALLY!!! Where do I start?!... I say whole heartedly that Heather is the BEST recruitment consultant I have ever worked with. I don't actually recall the first time Heather and I spoke as whenever i've spoken to her its been like talking to a friend. She is true to her word and always manages your expectations. I never have to call and chase as she has always kept me up to date. She has always offered to spend time with me pre-interview to get rid of those nerves and put me at ease. Whilst I am delighted that I have secured an amazing position, I will miss frequently talking to such a thoroughly wonderful person.
