I can't fault them, the products are great the quality is top notch even the packaging feels premium. The scents are amazing, I've ordered a few times now and varying products from oils to the straighteners, I can't find any issues. Freebies in the orders are always a welcome bonus 👍 Experience with customer service has been great also, knowledgeable, understanding, polite and efficient. 100% recommend.

I've been using 'The Beard Struggle' from nearly when they began. The products are amazing, so much choice. It's definitely a brother hood plenty of opportunities to ask any questions from other bearded fellas. I've had superb experience from customer services and I whole hearted would recommend them to anyone.

Generally good products just find the oils a bit to oily if that makes sense. Some of the oils in the promotion pack were not my taste but others were banging. The brush great. Will defo buy more products just go to save a bit first.

I’m surprised that the rating is low on the UK website. TBS are some of the best quality beard products we have in the UK. We lack the options the USA have with beards and it is good that TBS has a base over here.
There are plenty of scents to choose and you don’t need the most expensive of the three tiers to get a good one.
The beard balm, butter and cream have become part of my regular routine and they keep my beard neat, soft enough and in hydrated. The beard wash and conditioner also do their jobs very well.
The customer service has always been good. I had an issue with an order one time and they sent out a missing item in place of the incorrect item that was in the original shipment so I got them at the same time. Some companies blame the customer for that but they did not.
I recommend the company to anyone that used beard products and if you don’t use anything then I recommend you do, otherwise don’t moan about an itchy beard or wonder why you give up and shave it off regularly.

I have a problem with my order. I'm very disappointed in the response to my queries . Or lack if it! The website says web chat is available 24/7. No it's not. The button appeared fleetingly today. They say they are available by phone
no they're not! Tried numerous times - no answer. Email is not much better. I've paid for an item that I've not received. This is a shame, the products are good.

About their product quality is excellent but the reason I gave 2 stars is their shipping is too slow and can takes days just shipping it , once you place an order and purchasing amount leaves your bank you don’t hear from them ,you have call them or email them to know and ask about or order and they will give the same excuse they gave me before that there’s too many orders waiting to be shipped,,etc

This isn’t my first time reviewing The Beard Struggle, but they genuinely keep impressing me. The products are top quality—my beard’s never looked or felt better—but what really stands out is the customer service.

Seriously, these guys go above and beyond. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, their team has responded quickly, clearly, and with actual care. No copy-paste replies or endless waiting—they genuinely want to help and it shows.

Add that to products that smell amazing, work brilliantly, and come in slick packaging, and it’s easy to see why I keep coming back. If you’re thinking about giving them a try, do it. You won’t regret it.
