AVOID this scam company at all costs. I purchased a device from them which was not functioning correctly, had issues charging and not as in the description. I contacted the company immediately, now three weeks ago, to request return information. I was requested to send photographs and video of the device in 'action'. I did everything that was asked of me to no avail. When I raised a dispute with PayPal they contacted me again implying that I was not using the device correctly! This company are a scam. They are ignoring consumer rights, refusing to inform customers of a return process, using every tactic under the sun to avoid any acknowledgement of our basic consumer rights.

Item didn't arrived. I have raise complain and ask about money back. You will email with machine , contantly I am receiving three the ssame emails. The most redicilous email came inform me about refunded money on date before purchase

Avoid this company- it’s a scam- based in China.
Paid for Earmuffli EarPods. Weeks later received much cheaper Sanag ear pods without explanation.
Initially highly responsive customer service from Sophia M. who offered various amounts of compensation before offering then retracting the offer of their sending EarMuffli replacement and my keeping the Sanag. Then tried to persuade me that they are the same product anyway.
When I then quoted my statutory rights and requested a full refund they offered 30% upfront and the rest plus postage after I had paid for return postage to China! No chance.
Now opening dispute with PayPal to recoup my money.

This is a scam. Cheap, nasty, and a con. Avoid. Don’t go anywhere near this appalling outfit. You have been warned.

Items lasted less than 3 hrs. Two sets faulty and customer service clearly have no intention of honouring their warranties

Trust Pilot should have a zero rating as 1 star is too good for this company. It is a scam outfit operating out of China. Don't touch it with the proverbial barge pole; just RUN!!!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I ordered a frypan, paid for it and received confirmation. Then received shipping advice firstly from chinese Yun express, though not their email address. Later received update from Nova Post, again not their email address, advising goods had been delivered to my address. No one was home, they didnt leave notice that left with neighbor or an address to pick it up from. I contacted Nova, consignment no. was not theirs. Contacted TopDEALS support, over number of emails, they asking stupid questions and requesting irrelevant information, all communications stopped?????

I bought Zonar heated gloves that do not heat up properly. They are a poor rip off of other brands. Pictures on website do not reflect reality of product received. I have advised Trading Standards and Paypal

I ordered a product at the cost of £109, which was a very large discount. I had forgotten to check the company or read the reviews, which was an unusual omission on my part. I became concerned that there appeared to be no movement re transporting the item to the UK. I then read the terrible reviews which included issues with products and problems with refunds. I panicked, cancelled my order and requested a refund.

I ordered the product on 7th January and I am very pleased to report that I received a full refund on 21st January.

I have to give the company five stars for customer service.

Ordered a smart watch with ability to emergency call easily if I fell.
Lists this in advert and on app told to use.
Arrived after 3 weeks.When turned on told to pay £18 per annum and then to download Veryfit app to phone. Did both and set up app with emergency number and 3 other numbers.Watch has no dial out facility at all, pressing button on side 3x doesn't work and the fall alarm isn't on any set up instructions. E mailed complaint one day after Arrived and told would be moved up the line as couldn't find my order.Sent copy order, tracking details and photo of apps on phone, hear nothing since.£90 wasted on a pretty useless fit phone plus the first £18 annual fee.Phone is Vyroximi Rose gold..strap difficult too!
Still need to buy a fall alarm watch.

Wasn't clear this was the company I was buying through or I would have avoided it. You should. Got sent an entirely different pair of glasses to the ones I ordered. Got in touch with them and got a quick reply asking for photos etc. which I then sent and was told to expect a response in a few days. Predictably they have ignore every email since.

I purchased a metal detector with warranty made a complaint that the product was faulty sent video as asked to do so, now communication has now stopped they are not answering any of my emails absolute joke never buy from this company paid extra for warranty complained 26th December yet now is 15th January with no answer from them let down big time as this was a Christmas present scammers

Paid £99 for MikoSpec binoculars from TopDealsMax. Received useless, cheap , plastic knock off sent from mainland China. This company doesn’t have any return or refund policy and ignores e mails. Total rip off .

I purchased a sewing machine from them it took three weeks to get to me and when it arrived the box was unsealed, torn and squashed it obviously was not new. When I contacted them they told me to pay for the return and they would inspect It and decide on whether I would get a refund. When I replied and told them it was unacceptable and to send me a free postage label they completely ignored me. I will never get buy from these scammers again. I am going to take it up with PayPal

Rubbish, paid nearly £90 for 'thermal' gloves!! Ordered them beginning of December, arrived 29th December!! And they are not thermal.

This is a scam company . I spent £62 on polarised sunglasses but when they arrived weeks later they were cheap imitation glasses and certainly not polarised . I complained and adked for a refund but have not heard anymore from them and that was 2 months ago . Disgusting frausters

Item arrived as ordered and matched description. I ordered a kids camera and SD card and they arrived well packaged. Delivery took 3 weeks, so maybe not for you if you need an item quickly.

I ordered some quality hiking poles and a very cheap brand arrived instead. Customer services is pointless, they will just string you along. I should have read the reviews here before hand. This is a company that blatantly rips you off. Report them to trading standards. Share your bad experiences on social media.
