Massive rip off. The cards are so overpriced and when you do want anything it always sells out in seconds to scalpers who end up selling for two or three times the price. If it's a hobby you're thinking of getting into, I wouldn't bother! You'd have to spend thousands to get a good pull anyway. Just watch the youtubers open them instead

Absolutely no point trying to buy anything as there sold out of the best products as soon as there available to purchase. Just take the Liverpool cards on offer today available from 12 and sold out at 12 total joke for fans to try and purchase anything and then suppliers are selling them for twice as much so I wonder who purchased them all and how 🤔

Poor quality football card which arrive bent and damaged but they quote it still ok

Absolute disgrace of a company. Made an order start of January to be told it would be with me by the end of January. Get an email in February saying it will be with me no later than the 23rd of February. Get another email today saying it will now be 16th March.

Stay away from these jokers.

I ordered two sets of cards and nothing was shipped. After contacting them a week later, I was told that the courier probably didn't pick up the packages and that the cards were now sold out. They would refund my money and they would arrive within 10 business days. What a waste of time, money, and nerves.

Shocking experience pre ordered and took my money waiting a long time for my Topps Chrome Premier league 2026 box yet 4 days after release date tell me they is a problem they can’t deliver and they are now out of stock so send money back that I now have to wait 5/10 working days for those buying several boxes didn’t have the trouble though obviously spend more money get treat better horrible service

Do not buy! Complete waste of money.

Cost me £284 for one box, pretty much all of the cards were bent, having tried to email customer service, I received an automated email saying they dont accept emails unless you are on a list. Probably because of the amount of people who must complain about how rubbish the product is.

You can phone or write but then have to send any cards with faults to TOPPs at your own expense. Joke.

The designs arent that great with the new F1 cards. One auto of some unknown nobody F2 driver and 3 short prints, /250, /99 and /25. To class /250 as a short print is laughable.

Dont waste your money. Thought I did bad, seeing even worse pulls online.

Topps liefert verspätet. Antwortet nicht auf emails. Der Service ist nicht kulant.

Had an item in my basket and was checking out, when I clicked place order they tell me the item was now out of stock.

The staff in the store are really friendly and helpful. They know nothing about the promotions you run from head office though and your latest one will not work. It is the one which says win an Amazon voucher and keeps asking for further details even though there are no more to add!

I was charged customs fees for delivery to Ireland. 23e euro. Most UK companies pay the fees when this happens. I contacted Topps but I didn't get a reply. I'll be sticking with Amazon in future.

Placed an order on 18/09/2025 it is now 26/09/2025 I got told my order would have shipped today by the latest yet still no movement and now I can’t contact them until 29/09/2025 as they are only open mon-fri, would definitely not recommend buying from them as the customer service are useless and they can’t even stick to their promised 1-2 business day shipping timeframe, I have contacted them every single day since 23/09/2025 an all I’ve been told is to wait until today the 26th and it will be shipped and be delivered by latest 29/09/2025 however it still isn’t shipped which means even though it is already late it will be even later than the late promised date. Just go to smyths.

So placed an order as a birthday present advised will ship between 18th and 22nd September, today is the Birthday and nothing been speaking with Topps advised due to a stock issue hasn’t been shipped which is weird since I purchased a bundle of Tins yet the individual ones all still showing in stock….. so have requested a refund today to basically be told that the item will ship tomorrow and I will need to return it once I receive it which just seems bizarre as the order hasn’t actually shipped yet, they seem quick enough to take your money, there customer service is non existent, still awaiting a resolution from an issue raised when they shipped the Stickers with the Gold signatures supposedly one in every box and then got told there had been some faulty boxes released. Shame they seem to be getting all the licenses of everything as Panini are 100x better then this company

Not a great experience.

I have attempted to pre order on two occasion's with new releases and had no joy even though I checked out in a matter of minutes.

Scalpers always win it seems.

My son bought the 2026 binder, was not impressed and had this feedback: Pages in folder were not numbered, it was hard to tell which parallel cards were which- as only a few examples given. Without numbered pages it takes ages to know we're to put the cards. Because base cards and social cards are not separated in the binder, it is hard to tell which is which- which ones go with team and which go at the end.

This was a bad experience because 1. Pages were not numbered had to use a calculator to figure out where cards go 2. Hard to figure out what type of parreral card there were only examples of a few specific cards.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Extremely disappointing experience with Topps, buying in the pre-sale for 2026 Premier League cards. I ordered them a week before release, and today is release day and I've had no update from Topps and they still haven't been posted. Shocking service and I have a very disappointed son. Would strongly suggest you avoid buying directly through Topps

Dritte mal in Folge versucht ein Set zu bestellen.
Jedes mal punkt auf die Sekunde zum release im Einkaufswagen aber jedes mal nach einer Sekunde ausverkauft. 1 Minute später gibts die Sets für das doppelte in Massen auf ebay und bei anderen Händlern die sich daran bereichern wollen.
Nicht mal 1 Stern verdient sowas hier.
