They seem to trade under a suspicious number of names - Appliances Direct as well, for example.
I ordered a freezer from them which their delivery firm failed to deliver.
They claimed to have rung us as did their delivery firm - but we were here and heard nothing and if we'd missed the call the ansaphone would have picked it up. The phone is working and they have the right number because after I took it up on twitter I got a phone call from them OK.
We said our lane was narrow - they acknowledged that then told us the delivery couldn't be made because the lane is too narrow (oil tankers get down it but hey..!) after we had waited in all day for the delivery.
They really couldn't care. They just cancelled the order. This is not a firm wanting business or caring about their customers or reputation. Avoid.
