I read all the positive reviews and chose this company. One key fob was only working intermittently and the other one had stopped working. Excellent communication and speedy service from beginning to end. Teo was friendly, kind and professional. I’m so relieved and happy to now have 2 fully functioning key fobs. Would highly recommend. It’s unfortunate that the price I was…
It’s unfortunate that the price I was charged was for a key cutting service, but the technician wasn’t able to complete the job because the key was impossible to cut — which I completely understand. However, they still charged the full amount, and I felt the price was high considering no replacement key was actually made. I contacted the company, but they refused to adjust the cost and simply told me to pay the technician.
The technician was lovely guy
They knew about the key as sent a picture, all they did was re programme it, I had the machine but I needed a replacement key which I was quoted that price. Ur reply is not genuine and just fake

Job done in minutes by Sandeep
Job done in minutes. Today was not a good day for me until Sandeep showed up within 20 minutes and got the job done. I wished I had called up sooner and have not travelled to two different Timpson pods where in the first pod the master was having a day off and in the second Thompson pod the master told me to come back in 3-5 business days as they don't have the correct key components to do the job.
