Kevin did a great job booking in the work and Adam did an excellent job installing the camera. There was a small hiccup with the installation, but Adam came straight back out and rectified it quickly. They worked around the space to avoid having cables running everywhere, resulting in a very neat finish. Would definitely recommend.

We are a medical centre and recently required assistance with an existing Hikvision CCTV system that had been installed by the previous owners several years ago. Unfortunately, we were completely locked out of the system and had no administrative access.

I contacted the company around midday and spoke with Mr Kevin Smith, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the first conversation. He quickly understood the urgency of the situation and arranged for an engineer to attend the same day.

Mr Tan, the engineer, arrived promptly at around 16:00, which was impressive given the short notice. He was highly professional, polite, and patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly while working. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and ensured I fully understood the system.

The level of service was excellent. Mr Tan successfully reset the Hikvision CCTV system, created new secure accounts, reconnected and configured all cameras correctly, and ensured we had full access and functionality before leaving. His attention to detail and methodical approach gave us complete confidence in the quality of the work carried out. By the time he left, we had full access to the CCTV system and cameras, which was exactly what we needed.
The speed of response, professionalism, technical expertise, and aftercare were all outstanding.
I would highly recommend this company to any business or medical facility looking for reliable, fast, and professional CCTV support. A genuinely excellent service from start to finish.

The installation in 2022 of our 4 cameras was carried out very professionally and the engineer worked quickly and efficiently. We had no problems with the system until lately, when one one of the family was unable to access the data. I assume the person who came to my home took it upon himself to listen to whatever slander my neighbour had to say about me, as I saw him talking to the neighbour after he got out of his van. This must be the case because I was then given little choice of where the cables would have to go. He took a look at the crawlspace/attick, and said he could not go into that space because he has a bad back. In hindsight I think it was because he was being difficult. Said he would have to run the cables through my kitchen and living room. In the end I did some of the work myself, by going into the space to grab the cable and take it across to the opposite end. Then, like a mug gave him three hundred and fifty pounds for the privilege. I did the biggest part of the work out of desperation because I wanted the cameras installed immediately, my property is being damaged. As he is counting the money quickly, his demeanor changed, his energy was aggressive. On top of that I never received a receipt for the second payment. My trouble is I'm too f#c#ing nice, it won't happen again. And, the cameras are installed in positions where my neighbours could easily whack them from the opposite side to the lenses

A special thanks to Kevin and Emin for their help to install CCTV around the house. Emin arrived on time and fitted the cameras without any trouble. The cameras look so great and the installation was seamless without any wires, boxes or holes showing. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone looking for a professional home security solution. Emin even came back the following day to adjust the camera angle after reviewing the footage the next day. I love being able to check the house on our phone. Thank you and may be back to get extras!

My system of 8 cameras was installed in 2007 and has been in operation ever since with 24 hour recording .
I have replaced 2 of the cameras myself but with advice from UKCCTV as to which camera to buy.
My recorder has now worn out and I replaced it myself again after advice from Kevin at UKCCTV and he also talked me through the connection of the phones and ipad to the new recorder.
I have twice had problems due to lightning and a power surge which wrecked my settings but again Kevin talked me through the reset which was done promptly and reassuringly.
As a Doctor I value good and courteous service which, in my experience, is the hallmark of this firm.
I would recommend them totally.

Great service from the guys at UK CCTV. In October 2021, they fitted several cameras around the house and an intercom system that I can view on my and my wife’s mobile phone.

I’m a bit of a pain for tradesman/contractors as I like it all neat and tidy and to especially hide cables where possible. Alex the engineer did a fantastic job! At times I thought that he hadn’t run any cables as I couldn’t see them! He was not only professional, but was a really nice friendly guy, a real credit to the company.

Once again a great service from Kevin and Alex. I have no problems in recommending them.

And by the way, HIkvision ColourVue cameras are amazing. The colour quality at night is truly impressive!

UKCCTV Installations have been excellent from the word go. They really understood my requirements well and came up with the right CCTV system that addresses my concerns. I have to say the quality of the system is excellent and it has been working like clockwork. I have had no problems so far but I am quite confident that there customer care would be top class too.

Excellent service. Was after resolution of a problem with one camera when original installers were ignoring requests for help. Identified likely issue from telephone conversation thereby ensuring suitable parts were brought on first visit rather than having to return again meaning additional charge. Would definitely use again.

UK CCTV Installations is a great company. They got the job done very quickly. They installed the CCTV for us last year. And now we still receive responsive support from them. The system runs quite stable and rarely ran into issues. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from start to finish. Really impressed with the installation.

This is the second installation we've had from this company. First install was back in year 2017 and again this year in March '19 (for a different premises). The quality of their system is outstanding and was completed in a couple of days. Their engineer is extremely professional (and tidy) and was happy to listen to our requirements and where we wanted cameras / monitors to be installed. They made sure I was happy with everything before final payment.

I approached Adam and his team for a consultation following a recent burglary and was really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy he showed me. Adam listened carefully to our needs undertook a detailed review of our home in SW London and selected a quality product to install in June 2017.

The team of installers arrived on time and worked hard all day to install our 6 camera system and get the wifi connections and apps up and running. They worked very tidily and fitted the connections around the exterior of our home with minimal mess and the cables were neatly tied and pinned to the exterior so are barely visible.

We have a great CCTV system that has proven to be highly reliable with great images and good storage for playback at home or remotely via desktop, tablets or phone. It is really easy to use and since installation we have had no issues.

I can highly recommend the team and will be using them again for sure.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE by UK CCTV!

I can but applaud Adam and his team for an OUTSTANDING service!

I was let down at the eleventh hour by another company who attempted to baffle with me absolute nonsense consequently I withdrew and contacted UK CCTV, Adam was exceptionally helpful and informative over the telephone and knew I was working to a deadline - within a couple of hours Adam had confirmed a weekend (Sunday) installation.

The installation team of two arrived on time and just got on with the installation at hand whilst giving explanation of the progress throughout; with the hardware installed there was a telephone handover to the UK CCTV office where Adam explained the software and monitoring process, within 90 minutes all round the systems was up, running and active on several devices, again with operating instructions giving verbally as well as a follow up email with the details.

24 hours after installation I now know how to control and schedule the system on and off and narrow down to specific cameras on several devices!

An outstanding, professional and all round successful installation from start to finish with no problems at all, a company I would happily recommend based on the service I received and the years after care.
