When our old oil-fired boiler needed replacing a couple of years ago we spoke to UK EcoEnergy about installing an air-source system. We were well advised by their sales staff (who don't over-sell) and the installation went smoothly. The guys were great and the heating system works well. We've had a couple of 'teething problems' but whenever we've needed assistance they've responded straight away and sorted things out. No dramas, no fuss.

Having embarked on the 'renewables' route, when we decided to have PV panels installed, remembering the level of service that we'd benefited from previously, I didn't look any further.

Are they the cheapest - probably not - but we've also got experience of friends who have gone for the cheapest quote and ended up regretting it as they've ended up with sub-standard kit and dubious installs.

Fitting and commissioning 16 roof panels, including scaffolding up/down took less than three days. No mess. No Fuss. Installed, commissioned, explained, working.

Premium kit. Premium service. What more could you ask for? Thanks guys!

Just over a month on from completion and commissioning, but we are delighted with the installation both externally, and the works carried out inside, which are all tucked away neatly in the loft. Lee in particular who carried out the final connections and commissioning could not have been more helpful, ably assisted by Liam.

Excellent staff very courteous. Teething problems sorted immediately.

I have been completely satisfied with the sales and installation process by Eco Energy. At the moment I am having a few ‘Teething’ problems which I have been assured will be resolved as soon as possible, unluckily these occurred during a long Bank holiday weekend. I was impressed by the personnel service from the Managing Director.

Update:
The ‘Teething’ problems were sorted months ago (May.) Since then I have been more than impressed with the Sun’s Energy during the day and the Battery power overnight.
I now pay more for the ‘Standing Charge’ than I do for Electric consumption.
Once I have the funds I will be purchasing another Battery in preparation for the winter.

Friendly service and excellent equipment. 6 months post installation and we're 90% self sufficient. 2460kwh sold back to the grid and only 155 imported! Great investment to buy the battery too if you've got some savings.

UK Eco Energy Solutions recently installed my PV Solar system with battery storage. From start to finish I was aware of their customer centric approach from the way they calculated my needs, as opposed to installing as much (unnecessary) equipment as they could squeeze in, through the swift and amazingly neat installation process, the superb post installation service and the detailed management of the whole process.
Truly a professional company at all levels. No sales pressure, sales gimmicks or false promises. They do what they say they will do and take the customers preferences into account during the installation process.
I'm so pleased we found this company. There was no stress involved apart from watching the installation team fitting the PV panels 40 feet up on the roof!

Post Installation note: After having the system for 6 months now I am more than pleased with the amount of energy it is generating. My calculations show that the system will pay for itself in a far shorter time than I anticipate. So pleased we went for this system with UK Eco Energy Solutions.

We have recently had solar panels and battery storage solution fitted to our house. I first obtained around five quotes from a number of local and national companies. While this company wasn't the cheapest overall, it wasn't far off. But what impressed me was from the initial sales survey through to the installation to the after sales, everyone I have had contact with have been absolutely brilliant. Everything has gone like clockwork, even my neighbours have been impressed. Would recommend this company every time.

We had our Solar Panels, Batteries, Heat Pump and Car Charger fitted in July 2022. We have left the review until now to check out the performance of the installation.

We were very impressed with David the Managing Director who explained our options and at no time did we feel pressurised.

The whole process from start to finish was outstanding, with all work being carried out in a very professional manner.

The aftercare from Ash and Josh was second to none. No matter what query we had it was dealt with very quickly.

Great company and installation
We were impressed by the no pressure initial visit by David and choose UK Eco Energy Solutions out of the four we contacted. Most companies are reluctant to install systems that will provide more than 3.6kW although they are willing to install as many panels as they can. That is due to the extra paperwork involved in installing systems larger than 3.6kW output. There was no problem with UK Eco and we have a 6.15kW system that even in October has produced that on several occasions. We also have an iBoost+ which uses any spare electricity to heat the water via the existing immersion heater. There are only two of us in the household and we have not used gas to heat water for at least 10 days and we have only used 4% of our electricity from the grid, having 7.2kW of battery storage. I am sure that will change a bit as we have had a sunny October so far. The workforce were excellent in all respects and we would gladly use UK Eco again.

We had our solar panels and battery installed on the 11th of August and deliberately left the review untill now to see how it performed over a couple of months and i can honestly say its working brilliantly knocking about 75% off our bill with the feed in tariff aswell, the guys doing the install were very efficient and polite, looking foward to next summer now to see the benefit of a full summer, a job well done.

We bought a bungalow in August 2021 that needed updating mainly because I wanted to go a bit more eco friendly and also to save on energy costs as it was all electric, which in hindsight was perfect timing because the of the massive fuel increases that have now followed.
I initially spoke to the boss David who gave me a quick over view of how it all worked and when we had bought a property suggested we contact UK Eco Energy when we were ready for a quote, this I did and Kurt arranged a visit to estimate the cost of the work along with Ash and Brendon as I was looking to have quite a large project done, this involved solar panels, air source heat pump, underfloor heating and a complete rewire, I must admit it was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated but was still inside our budget, but once Kurt had gone through the details and explained about the RHI and the return we could get from exporting our excess to the grid it started to make sense as it would reduce the cost quite a bit over 7 years with the RHI rebate.
We arranged a start date and the team arrived right on time, from then on for about 2 weeks it seemed like total chaos but in the end it was all in place and has worked really well since, especially over the winter where the whole bungalow was very comfortable even on the coldest days, can not comment on electric savings as during the works we changed energy suppliers and there is an ongoing dispute between the 2 companies but checking our Smart meter we seem to be keeping within our budget even with the increase in electricity prices.
Hopefully I shall be looking at adding batteries to the system to use even more of the energy we produce over the winter months.
Over all we are over the moon with the system and all the hard working staff of UK Eco Energy Solutions and would definitely recommend them.

UK Eco Energy recently installed solar panels and batteries for me. The whole process from start to finish was stress free. The install was quick and efficient with the lads doing the work being professional and courteous and extremely clean and tidy. They helped with installing the App too and ensured that the system was running before they left and that I knew how to use the App. I can not recommend them enough.

A lot of previous reviews have mentioned no hard sell and this is completely true. To be honest I was dreading the person coming round but to say myself and my wife were pleasantly surprised to say the least. Kurt came round measured up and gave us all the options available to us, we put and order in the next day, contact with the ladies in the office when ringing and speaking with David the owner of the company and of course the guys coming round to do the work has been a stress free experience and when we decided to put a battery in a few days later we had exactly the same top quality service. Thank you to all and it is worth mentioning there installation teams all work for the company and are not contractors.

After having a self employed salesman try and sell us solar panels and being offered a great discount if we signed in 48 hours! , oh and the wife had to be there for the sales pitch I contacted Uk Eco Energy Solutions on the back of a recommendation from a recent customer. Thanks Dan.
Kurt explained the equipment and how it worked, where it would be fitted and what we could expect. There was no hard sell and no "sign now offers!" On making the decision to go ahead we were always kept in the loop as to when it would be fitted, when the site survey would be etc.
On the installation day the fitters, Brendan and Josh were friendly and efficient. Supply them with tea and coffee and just leave them to get on with it. They were all done in the day and left no mess. The system was explained and off we go.
I would fully recommend these guys.

I contacted a few companies with respect to having solar panels and battery installed to help us be more self sufficient, however the majority of these companies were trying to sell a solution that was not in our best interest or fit. Eco Energy on the other hand gave me various options with no hard sell and lots of supporting info. We opted in the end for a hybrid inverter and 4.5kwh solar panels of the Q-cell duo panel type, with the option to add a battery if we experience exporting more than we use. The Scaffolding company were quick and very professional, followed by the installation team who were of the highest professional's standard leaving no mess and a vey competent installation, and a quick talk through the system and the monitoring system. I would highly recommend the Eco Energy solutions team.

Contacted UK Eco Energy Solutions when I had a problem with my ASHP. The unit would turn itself off randomly every day - which was ok if you were around to re-set it but sometimes it would be in the middle of the night and in December you'd wake up to a cold house with no hot water.
They came out on fairly short notice, spent a whole morning identifying the problem and offered a solution. Made a repair there and then and I was back up and running from there onwards.
Most impressed with their service, diagnostics and overall friendly manner.
Highly recommended.

Having made the daunting decision with my wife to install solar energy and try to do our little bit for the planet, we contacted UK Ecoenergy Solutions after coming across the advert for energy saving on the side of one of their vans whilst on holiday in Lincolnshire.

Explanation of the system and what would happen were very clear, and on the day of fitting everything went well except for a few minor glitches which David sorted out very quickly. All is now well and we look forward to the bonus of lower energy bills along with the feeling that we have done something worthwhile.

It is rare for us to give 5 star ratings as we feel there is always room for improvement. However in this case we have made an exception due to the professional way this business has been conducted. From start to completion of the consultation and work, the company's approach to sales and customer service was exemplary. David visited our property on numerous occasions, taking time to answer questions and ensure that our needs were covered. He was highly knowledgeable and low-pressure. Both solar and ASHP installations were smooth and stress-free. The installers were polite and conscientious throughout. Based on the scale of financial and lifestyle commitment, we did a lot of research in advance and sourced multiple quotes. We asked for references and all gave a glowing endorsement. Gut feeling told us that UK Eco Energy would give us the quality, reliability and service that we want at a competitive price. Once the ASHP was installed, the RHI paperwork was progressed smoothly in good time. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.
