When we joined EMS our previous management had sadly left us in a mess, it took a while to get thigs straight, we would like to thank Dan personally as our property manager for always ensuring issues are communicated well and sorted quickly, we couldn't of untangled all that we have without him, we recommend EMS highly.

Over the past year I have been dealing with Daniel Hardy about any issues or requests regarding my apartment block.
He always responds quickly and efficiently to my emails, and nothing is too much trouble, always very pleasant when he replies.
I recently informed him about a large tree outside my window blocking a lot of light coming into my lounge and asked if it could be cut down. Within a matter of weeks this tree was taken out.

I’ve been consistently disappointed with the level of service provided by EMS for the past 5 years. Communication is slow and often requires multiple follow-ups before anyone responds. Issues that should be simple to resolve—such as maintenance requests or general building concerns—are frequently delayed or ignored. Basic upkeep around the property is noticeably lacking. Common areas are not maintained to an acceptable standard, and recurring problems stay unresolved for far too long.

Joey, thank you for your involvement the past few months. Your proactive approach, willingness to support in difficult situations demonstrates how well respected and greatly valued you are as our property manager at the Refinery.

Spoke with Siobhan, regrading an account query, she was lovely and quick to help.

As a property solicitor, I deal with management companies daily. They are usually slow and inefficient.

Thanks and praise to the EMS Management Team who worked hard to mastermind and oversee work on a major cladding issue at Verdi Gris in Bristol - They managed to raise over £1.5 million from insurance and government funds to get the job done and make residents safe - when tales of terrible service problems and rising charges elsewhere are in the air it's so good to see a team get it right

Most useless company around, call themselves estate management solutions, should rebrand themselves to estate management problem after problem, had issues with the front door not working from the beginning of december until currently.. it is still not fixed!! They get shoddy workmen who take off handles off the main door to enter and exit the building.. the only fire escape, unable to be opened as we have no internal door handle anymore and the workmen have just left the building this way.. if the door closes properly we cant get out and if there is a fire we will all burn to death thanks to ems, no point trying to email or contact them as they dont understand what you tell them, avoid this company like the plague

I’ve recently started a contract with EMS. They are extremely professional, easy to contact and provide clear instructions. My contact (Leanne) is amazing, always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to a long term working relationship with this company
