I ordered some clips for my led strip lights with cables pre-installed. Unfortunately only the clips arrived. I contacted uk led lights and the issue was sorted professionally and swifty

A very good company and product After ordering the wrong product they quickly resolved my situation. The led lights are really good quality and look amazing in our garden. I spoke to them regarding a connection problem which they helped out by sending a video.

contacted UK led lights as I was planning quite a big project in my garden, all of my correspondence was dealt with by Rohail who i believe to be an asset to the company. he was very helpful and polite throughout the whole process. if you ever need to do anything to do with led lighting these are in my opinion the people for the job. its a big👍 from me, thank you kind regards Dave

Ordered one product, received a different one.No refund,ignored emails and calls. The owner has since been in touch, refunded, offered compensation and apologized. Cant fault that really.

Rang up for advice as I wasn’t sure what I needed. Was told to just use website. Explained I didn’t understand that’s why I have rung up to speak to someone. Irritated salesman again told me everything’s just on website so just look on there. Very rude and certainly lost a customer!

I used these waterproof LEDs for my patio, and they handled the rain with no issues. The glow is beautiful, and they create a perfect night-time atmosphere!

Waiting for a refund and not answering email or chat. Took details over phone, very vague and had no idea on what has come back to them. I have received email from parcel 2 Go saying they have received the item 10 days ago.
Unreliable so far! Hope I’m proved wrong. Happy to take my money and charge for returns :(

Cheap inferior product bought LED tape and has been running for 8 month or so for 4 hours a day and now the 15w power supply has caught fire and cracked open luckily my RCD tripped out to stop any harm caused or damage upon looking I can’t even see a CE mark on the product says it all really, be careful. - Thanks for a not helpful email at all, the second strip you sent was left on the plug top and powered from the socket as per your recommendation didn’t look good but followed your advice, which didn’t help and burnt, I am more than happy to take it further and get a third party QC to test it to find what component failed and why as I deal with numerous manufacturers in electronics at work. End of the day installed as per your instruction, I paid a cheaper price as my normal suppliers wanted £300 plus should have realised buy cheap buy twice. Can only go on my experience and warn other buyers. seller said good luck to this reply just be careful sellers.
