I was sceptical from purchasing from here due to previous reviews however I can only say positive things about this site. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish to the point where they even chose me options that would save money. I have already recommended the site to family and friends for Christmas and genuinely ignore the negative reviews because they are a fantastic little company and they have been nothing but excellent for me. Five star from me

Great figures

I have bought 2 sets and single one.. they took bit longer to come .. but they well worth waiting for .. they replied to all my txt and email.. so that reassured me that they are legit site .. and wen they come I was delighted with them .. my grandson will be pleased with them all thank you .. not sure of date bought them just weeks ago though

Great minifigures that arrived fast !

We have used UK mini store for three orders. We have found that the products are excellent, communication has been good as some figures were out of stock and they kept us informed. Would certainly use again.

Edited: originally i purchased a few items, priced ok and arrived in a reasonable time.
Subsequently an agreement to send a lego figure in exchange for a 5 star review ended in ignored emails, then eventually condescension and ultimately an unfulfilled promise.
Bottom line, terrible customer service. Try OnBuy or another UK based lego minifigure seller for better customer service.

The items I ordered all arrived in good time and as expected

Ordered the 28th of September, received a text and email confirming order. Promised delivery by the 7th october, now the 2nd november - no order, no correspondance. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now to try and get chargeback through bank

I don't like leaving bad reviews but...
Avoid at all costs, does not respond, does to fulfil orders so basically you are getting ripped off.
I normally give sellers the benefit of the doubt, this is now in the hands of my bank as I believe this is a scam.
The link to track does not work, so save your money and shop elsewhere.

Looks like they have disappeared. Ordered 17th of October and no sign. Now the website is unreachable?! Can we get our money back?
