Very fast easy process. Probate through very quickly. Dealt with Tara who was very professional. Good price, no hassle. Definitely recommend if anyone wants to get probate through quickly whilst ensuring the dotting of the I's and the T's.

I opted for the assisted service which involves the Estate valuation being conducted by myself and UK Probate completing the required probate forms for HMRC and the Probate court.
I found the company very helpful and efficient and gave me the peace of mind that all the documents had be done correctly by a professional service. This is especially helpful if like me, you are not totally up to date with the current tax rules etc and allowed me to continue dealing with other Estate affairs.
Would highly recommend and would use UK Probate again, hopefully not for a while! :-)

I was helped by Sue and managed to complete probate in the shortest time. I can not fault the excellent service and gave me peace at mind from when I attempted to do the DIY option.

Probate was required following my wife's death and I engaged this company to obtain this on my behalf at a fixed fee. I found the the staff very easy to deal with and, within office hours, the 'phone was always answered promptly by a person with no long menu of options to go through. Grant of Probate was received by me in under 3 months which included the Christmas/New Year period.

They did what they said and charged what they said. IHT forms aren't really any more complicated than Self Assessment, but I'd not done Probate forms before, and the IHT400 has a lot of potential for mistakes which would mean delays in getting probate and holding up mum's flat sale (which was under offer when she died). Having seen how they completed it, I would have included things I didn't need and which could have slowed the process and probably caused myself a headache, so for us it was money well spent. I had the Grant of Probate 12 weeks and 2 days after mum died.

I have not had service this good before. My relationship with UK Probate was empowering and I was able to feel confident every step of the way. I'm sure probate can be very difficult. This wasn't. Thank you Tara.
