Ordered jps blue 1 carton of 200 cigarettes, they arrived a little delayed (not UKsmoke fault) Evri delay problem, but uksmoke very supportive and apologetic about the delay, and also like myself chased up Evri. Order Arrived today and was exactly what we ordered.

We’ve checked this carefully and can confirm that your parcel was dispatched and delivered, but our warehouse packed the wrong product by mistake. You ordered 2 cartons of Richmond, but received 1 carton of Lambert & Butler instead. This was entirely our packing error and we apologise for the inconvenience.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you by email and offered a resolution. You can keep the Lambert & Butler carton free of charge, and we will send the 2 cartons of Richmond that you originally ordered.
We take responsibility when something goes wrong and will always do our best to put it right. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for our emails so we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
