Highly recommended snagging services for new build
The team was responsive on reservation, provided a details outline of the services at first.
Followed by scheduled onsite reviewing, very detailed mind and caring, happy to share experiences and how to keep the house in a good condition.
The staff is well trained and experienced, the overall experience was super efficient, report can be ready on the same day.

Great Surveyors
Excellent caring Surveyor. Eason and Andy were being employed by my neighbour on a new build development, and had discovered a design issue in the neighbours, and to confirm the issue was with the house design he also assess the issue in my house, explaining the purpose of the visit and the problem with the house. They also recorded all issues insuring that every issue was documented. He then swiftly drafted a report for the developer which my neighbour sent to them later that evening. Eason and Andy’s support and explanation was amazing, would deffo recommend!

We booked the service from UKSnagging a week before the completion day. They arranged the snagging work with our favorable time slot.
The job performed by Eason was profession and efficient. He is patient to explain the defects found and report completed in the same day.

Good Job ~
I recently had a great experience with UK New Build Snagging. Their service was excellent, and they were attentive and professional throughout the process. The team at UK New Build Snagging knew exactly what they were doing and were experts in identifying problems and defects in my new home. The snagging report they provided was really good. It was well-organized and included clear pictures and descriptions of all the issues. It proved to be a valuable tool when dealing with the builder to get things fixed. I highly recommend UK New Build Snagging.

Very professional Surveyors
Very professional surveyors with fruitful experience from enquiry to snagging report delivered. UK snagging did their job very well that support and enable us to go through issue with the developer. This is really important for those who never has rich experience on purchasing new house in UK.
Well done UK New Build Snagging and of course would go back if I am going to buy the second house in the future.

Excellent service from initial contact to completion .
All snags identified with post it notes for easy identification. Detailed survey completed picked out many things that we would have missed and we have a better house as a result.
