VERY slow support replies, so much so that their own Helpdesk logins time themselves out as they have done nothing to investigate the problem for 25 days!

Replies are slow and unhelpful - average time of 7 days. Buy a Synology Instead - much easier product and more reliable too!

Excellent customer service from QNAP. I ordered two Toshiba drives at a great price; they were in stock for next-day delivery, and they are superb. Thomas Kwong dealt with my order and is a credit to the company. As a first-time customer, I couldn't be happier, and I will be back.

As a business, we required a reliable and scalable NAS system, and I'm very pleased with my choice of QNAP. Since purchasing the NAS, we have acquired various additional hardware components, including hard drive arrays, network cards, and a switch. Their UK store customer service has been exceptional, assisting me in finding the right solutions and helping with a return I needed to process. The items have all arrived quickly, and the quality is among the best available.

Owned TS-451A for 10 months and then drive 4 will not pickup any HDD i swapped. The 4th bay HDD will come up good and then drop out and my RAID becomes degraded. Googling today revealed, it's a backplane issue, on so many QNAP NAS. How disappointing, just google youtube : QNAP hard drive bay failure

Contacted QNAP they say my unit is out of warranty, which i know. But this is such a widespeard issue, there should be a class action towards QNAP on how poor designed their NAS are. Went to Synology after that and never looked back.

Easy to select the chosen NAS option. Very quick delivery, less than 24 hours between placing the order and receiving the NAS.

The item was with me in just a few days after making the order everything fine very pleased indeed.

I have used the QNAP NAS drives for over ten years and have found them to be excellent. There are many applications that come with the product that I have found useful, reliable such as Backup and multimedia integration with the smart home.

Very poor feedback on whether the item I'd order was actually in stock or on it's way; after 10 days I had to call to understand if it was actually going to be something they would action. In the end it did actually turn up (saving it from a 1 star!)

This HDD tray (SP-X20-TRAY) had been out-of-stock for some considerable time, so I was not expecting to ever receive any update about this.
Very pleasant surprise to be notified when it became in stock. Ordered two pieces and they arrived promptly.

Support channel directed me to the correct items for my NAS device. Ordering was simple, delivery was reasonably fast. Price was high. We have tried matched memory in the past and it didn't work out so you need to buy manufacturers own.

Great offer of a NAS and Switch as a bundle which were quickly sent. Very happy!

I started dealing with QNAP about a year ago, after supplying and supporting Netgear Products for over 20 years. QNAP's eShop have always had a quick turn around & I like buying direct from QNAP for the ease of exercising the warranty if ever i need to. 10/10
