Ordered a 10m x 6m Elite Marquee at a great price, and the quality definitely lived up to expectations. The customer service was also excellent - really helpful over the phone if you have any questions or need reassurance before purchasing.

The pergola is really good quality and looks great in my garden. It does exactly what I wanted without any issues.

There was a mix up with delivery of the polytunnel I ordered but the staff and Leanne in particular were incredibly helpful and sorted it out very quickly. Even though they weren’t at fault they had it re-delivered at no extra cost. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pergola from UK Tents and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. I had quite a few questions before making my decision, and the team was always patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful.
The advice I received made the whole process much easier and gave me confidence that I was choosing the right product. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing a high level of service.
I’m extremely happy with my pergola and the overall experience. I would 100% recommend UK Tents to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer support.

You have a very unhappy customer here. In good faith, following two or three conversations with your charming and helpful salesman we ordered a UK Tent Polytunnel . Anyhow within one week the poly cover was ripped off in a mild wind and therefore not fit for purpose. NOT ONCE when discussing the purchase did the salesman advise that if the weather is inclement then we would need to lift the polytunnel sides or take the cover off. As this would negate the purpose of a polytinnel !! and clearly, if he had, we would not have purchased same.
After purchase and after numerous time wasting contacts with the " customer service dept" we were advised that " Our polytunnels are not designed as semi-permanent or permanent structures” yet - they felt we should accept a replacement cover. Despite the fact that then went on to advise that ,if weather was inclement, we would need to lift the sides !!
I ask you - what is the point of having a polytunnel to protect plants if you have to keep raising the sides ?
Under the consumer act this polytunnel should have been fit for the purpose it was sold for. A full refund should have been offered rather than a replacement cover, which in UK tents own words, would not be suitable . .
Sadly we paid by Bank transfer as they did not accept our credit card. therefore we are unable to claim though the CC
A very unhappy customer - please do not buy a poly tunnel from them we have wasted time buying, time erecting, time taking it down, and still have a plethora of un protected fragile plants.

NOTE your response BUT if you bother to check the recording of the sales person - who sold this to us over the phone - NOT ONCE during any of the three calls did he state that the sides needed to be rolled up - hence negating the purpose of any polytinnel. IF we had been advised that prior to buying not just after we had problems of course we would not have bought and as I stressed what use is a replacement cover when it would need to be lifted hence un protecting the very things that need to be protected - the plants !!!

Worked through this with the team who were great (hence the 3 stars). Unfortunately following build of the polytunnel the doors have been found to be flimsy with a lot of movement in the frame meaning they do not latch properly and swing open in a breeze. Not quite the quality I was expecting for such a highly rated UK Based provider. Ultimately good customer service but a poor product in this case.

The team were helpful from the moment I enquired and made sure I ordered the right size for my needs. Delivery was quick, the instructions were clear, and the finished setup looks brilliant. We brought a marquee for my friend’s birthday and it completely transformed the space. The setup team were professional, quick, and super helpful. The marquee itself was spotless, really good quality, and held up perfectly all night.
Everything from booking to pack-down was smooth and easy. The company kept us updated, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. Our guests loved it — it made the party feel so much more special.
Highly recommend them for any event!

I purchased the marque on the 18th November 2025 and it was delivered on the 20th November. Delivery was really quick. We wanted to time how quickly it would take to assemble so we could gage it ready for Christmas dinner
On 29th November 2025 we started to assemble the marquee to make sure there were no faults, we purchased to have our Christmas dinner in the garden due to the sheer volume of ppl, plus it limits the noise for my noise sensitive children.
When we started assembling I noticed a Rip in the roof canopy, this made us further inspect the roof. We located a few other holes and rips.
I got straight on the phone and spoke to Daniel who was very rude from the get go. He stated “ what do you want me to do at 4.16pm on a Saturday afternoon”. All I was enquiring was “what did I need to do and should I continue to assemble”. He advised me he didn’t have time to deal with it and to contact Abby on Monday, then the phone went dead. He actually put the phone down on me !!! Daniel rang me back to give me Abby’s email address

I emailed Abby and sent photos, after finishing assembling the marquee it was around 6.30pm. It was dark and freezing. It had take us almost 3 hours to assemble.
We decided to take it down in the morning. It was up for less than 24 hours.
After having a conversation with my husband I decided to reject the faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 20, I emailed Abby to let her know this.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 20 Uk tents are obligated to cover the cost of collecting the goods and refund me in full.
Abby replied back to me and was very rude from the start. When I raised the issue with Abby she attempted to push the blame back onto me rather than acknowledging their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Instead of offering a refund they demanded that I pay for the return due to the company’s 6.2 terms and conditions.
Abby told me they would replace the canopy as a good will gesture after they have inspected it first. I pointed out my consumer rights override the company’s terms and conditions.
I have spoken with citizens advice and been advised to action section 75 under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Abby informed me if I action a section 75 I would be doing this illegally and if I did action a charge back “we have our own methods to deal with this”
I have taken this as a direct threat and will be reporting this threat to the police.
I have 6 disabled and vulnerable children in the house and a disabled husband. My husband works hard for his wages even though he finds work very challenging.
The company is being completely unreasonable, rude and clearly breaching my statutory rights and consumer rights.
Citizens advice have reported the company to Trading standards and I will be contacting them directly myself.
The product was faulty from the start, yet UK Tents has treated me with utter disregard, treated me like I am thick and I am at fault. For a company that supplies tents the behaviour is shocking, despicable and unacceptable.
I have contacted my credit card and actions a section 75, they have all the evidence. Luckily I have cctv that shows everything.
I strongly advise others to avoid UK Tents. They sell faulty goods and they try to make the customer taken on the costs of their own failings.
In my view, this company cannot be trusted to provide quality products or honour basic consumer protections and rights.
I have tonight done my research on companies house to find out Daniel who I spoke with is the director of the company.
Lesson I have learnt before buying from any company online I will now be checking the customer services reviews going forward. No doubt a reply will be to blame me, check out all of the other 1* reviews. The company blames its customers rather than taking accountability

Abby sent an email “Please note, if you do a chargeback on your credit card this will be illegally done which we have our own methods to deal with this. The legal way to do it would be to raise a court dispute and go from there”this is responding to a customer in a threatening manner.
You are stating section 6.2 in your terms conditions override my consumer rights when they do not, you are legally obliged to collect the goods due to being faulty. I can legally refuse a replacement under the Consumers rights 2015 act. I have done a charge back with my credit card, you have 45 days to respond and then I can challenge your response. if Mastercard deem me liable I will then action a section 75 claim and exercise my consumer rights. The charge back hasn’t even been concluded yet and In the process of this charge back the company have started a small claims against me. You have not even issued me with a “letter before court action”. I will stand up for my consumer rights and not back down. You picked the wrong person to fight with over £429.28p

Very prompt delivery on the day requested.
Good quality marquee which is quite versatile in that all side panels are separate, allowing doorway at your preferred position. Spacious storage bags.
We had an issue with a slightly faulty pole, (bolt holes misaligned) but Abby in customer service sorted this efficiently, with the replacement pole and complimentary spare bolts and wing-nuts delivered the next day.
