Ordered razor blades. Received the worse blades ever used . Cut face 3 times so threw them in bin.
Seller (ukoool) contacted me to say if I altered my review they would give me a full refund.

SCAM
They take money and do not send items!!
Customer service is through WhatsApp only, as their email address is fake.
They read whatsapp messages and ignore them.
DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for my item, nearly 4 weeks late, sent numerous emails to customer support and help, no reply’s. I will be contacting my bank retrieving my money back.

Awful company and awful customer service. Bought a pressure washer just over a month ago. The hose has now broken and they wanted me to pay to return the whole product instead of replacing the hose. Avoid and deal with the manufacturer.

Don't buy off UK conartists.

This is my second order with UK Tools and again they exceeded my expectations. All items I wanted were in stock and dispatched next day and received the following day. Also got free delivery as the order value was a bit higher this time. Really great service, thanks!

Website outdated with discontinued stock. Takes 8 days to process refund and no apologies made when I contacted them in this regard.

ordered on a thursday evening, next day it was shipped. the tuesday after it was in The Netherlands. nothing to complain.

keep in mind that you probably need to pay customer clearance costs since!

The worst service from any website I have been on .I ordered tools on Tuesday paid £5.99 postage and by Monday still have not received them ,have emailed and tried to track package,no joy. I managed to find a number for UK tools ltd when I rang they said they would call me back , they didn’t
I’ve just called again and they put the phone down.

The postage cost seems to have shot up recently.

My April orders postage was: £3.90.

Went to order the exact same item and postage is now £5.95. Not sure why, I did email them a week ago but no reply.

Rude patronising sales team they hang up when they use a terrible courier uk mail who choose not to collect then blame you, tell me date they come as they arrange with courier but it’s never accurate info that’s fed back wastedmy time from 9 jan to 17 jan and still my return cot collected worst company ever

Delivery fast was for 3-4 working days but its came in 1 day. Bag was realy in good condition. Thank you very much. Best!!!!! for every one.

having lost a parcel uktools promised to send one next day delivery it duly arrived. The staff were helpful (see other review) and polite both on the phone and by email. so they moved from a 1star to 3 and now i am delighted to give them a 5 star rating.

Bought four "Makita" saw blades. None of them run true. Furthermore they came in a plastic wrapping, a type which I have not seen before from Makita. Based on the blades condition and packaging I doubt this is an original item from Makita. The packing from Uktools were poor and ripped when I received it. Perhaps that caused the blades to be damaged. Anyway Uktools have not answered any of my emails, nor refunded my money. Stay far away from this company.
