Friendly, efficient service during initial scan.
The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They covered all the details and explained carefully all the aspects of the procedure and potential side issues. The ultrasound scan was revealing and confirmed my issues - but all was carefully explained in real time.
From what I saw and discussed, I was happy to proceed to the treatment stage.

A professional and sensitive assessment.
The reception environment/the waiting room was welcoming and pleasant. Having a staircase was not the easiest for elderly patients. The treatment was carried out with sensitivity and professionalism. This was followed by an informative review and explanation of the assessment and prospects which provided an opportunity to ask questions and resolve concerns. I was somewhat concerned that I was unable to have treatment sooner than 18 days later as my examination showed quite serious levels of damage.

A very slick, professional company with friendly supportive staff who really look after you and advise you through every step of the process. The procedure went exactly to plan and I felt completely at ease throughout. I have put this off for years but highly recommend using UK Vein Clinic.

Delighted with my now flat leg with no unsightly veins.
I had varicose veins treated in my left leg. After a scan I was talked through the process in great detail and advised what the outcome would be. I returned a week later to have the treatment. I had a consultant to give the injections and 2 nurses to support me. The whole thing took about half an hour and was just mildly uncomfortable. I had no ill effects and achieved the desired results of flat legs almost immediately. I was delighted with the results and wish I had done it years ago. I had a follow-up appointment about 10 weeks later to check I was satisfied with the results. All round a very positive experience.
