Absolutely stellar work by Ultimate. Consultant was really knowledgeable about the products and worked with us to make sure our bathroom reno suited all our needs and wants. Pre inspection was quick, the team demo'd and reno'd in only 2 days! Such a hard working crew! Final bathroom is legues better than the old one. Post inspection done a few days after to make sure there were no problems and that no fixes were required. Honestly couldn't say enough good about the whole experience. Will happily have them back out for other projects.

Moving to Ayrshire left me without my old contacts for contractors. I narrowed down Ultimate and gave them the job of totally replacing my old toilet to a total new replacement. Within seven days they finished the work from ceiling to flooring, replacing all and a walk in shower with wetwall. The workmanship was excellent from top to bottom. I would trust them 100% as they prove they believe in complete satisfaction in their work.

Excellent team, bathroom renovated perfectly and sped the process up for us due to leaking shower. Great customer service with check in’s and post work inspection. Very smooth process from design to completion. David and his son done a fantastic job of our bathroom. Highly recommend👍🏻

The service was amazing start to finish. The quote & design stage was thorough and everything costed up and designed to fit our requirements. Elyson and the fitting team were super, really thorough and cleaned up as they went. We had everything explained to us at every stage. The work was done within days but perfect build and brilliant result. It looks and feels like a posh hotel bathroom now.

We put in a request to get a kitchen fitted and when we couldn't agree on materials the company refused a refund. There was no contract to put together a plan and there is a massive gap between kindly sales people and the admin side of the business who refused to talk to me about the job over the phone attached to email correspondence. Extremely unhappy with the stress. Look at their reply , trying to charge for design - when website advises this is free

Very happy with the excellent bathroom installation for my elderly father. Walk- in half height shower screen/folding chair/ new toilet and sink with floor, ceiling and walls all done quickly, to an excellent finish and with minimum disruption all for a very reasonable price.

We moved into a house with a separate wc and wet room which was outdated and not suitable for my needs as I am disabled. Kirstie visited and was very knowledgeable about making one large shower room. I required a walk-in shower with easy access in case I had a fall. The work was scheduled and the tradesman was excellent. Elyson was very hard working, always punctual and worked on if he needed to finish a particular area. He always consulted us when a decision was needed. Every day he and his mate cleared up any mess. The office also checked to ensure everything was going well. My son and I are delighted with the result. We now have a modern bathroom with shower, wash handbasin with unit, WC and heated towel rail. Much more hygenic than before. I highly recommend Ultimate Solutions and it was so refreshing to know that they are a company that knows what Customer Care really means.

If I could give no stars, I would. Company came out and gave me a quote in December, agreed to start the work today and took deposit. Also set me up with a bank for loan, showing on credit score etc.
Few weeks prior to starting they sent out a surveyor. I had been told the job would be completed in 5days, whilst I was off work. The surveyor said no chance it would be 10days and they didnt work weekends.
He would speak to manager and get back to me, I phoned as I hadn't heard anything.
I then got a call, if I wanted to pay £2500 they could deliver the stuff for the bathroom to my house. But couldnt give me a start date?? Despite telling me they'd start today. I said I wanted my money back and not to bother, eventually I got my deposit back. But to build someone's hopes up and cancel 2 weeks before the job starts. I could've had another company lined up and the work done by now. Its now set me back months. Apparently theyre short of fitters, so dont waste your time with this company.

Since putting on review, company contacted me to take it down.  It would affect business, I just want people to make informed decisions when trusting companies with their hard earned cash.

For clarity on their reply :- rep came to my house start of Dec and I picked what I liked etc.  On Dec 18th manager phoned me saying I could have money off, if I secured the job today with a deposit.  Which I agreed, they then set me up with a loan company.  At this time He told me 6th of feb was fine, work would be done in 5 days and the fitters did work weekends.  I had questioned this to check. 
The rep cam back out Jan to do paperwork and confirm everything.
Then the surveyor came out and asked why I'm starting a on Fri?  Which I explained.  He said no way it would be done 5 days and also guys didnt work weekends.  I said I'd been told by the manager they did.  He was going to speak to manager and get back to me.
I'd heard nothing and the work was meant to start a week and half later, so I phoned.
To be told they couldnt do it as they had no fitters.  But if I wanted to transfer £2500 they could deliver the materials.  I asked when would you be able to fit?  No idea as we dont have fitters atm.  So I said I wanted my money back.  I received my deposit back the following day.

I could tell you horror stories about this company, they have no idea what they are doing and rely on outsider professionals (Plumbers mainly) to fix the mess they make, JUST DON’T

Would not recommend one thing after another. Contract sighed sept first and work only completed December 4th. No communication avoided answering my questions and wanted payment even though work wasn’t complete. Awful experience.

We recently had our bathroom designed, supplied and installed by ultimate home solutions and were delighted with the experience. The design staff understood our vision and expectations with the installation beginning a few weeks after the initial consult. The installers were skilled, efficient and (perhaps most important) tidy! The team of three fitters completed the job in only a few days and caused minimal disruption in our home. Would definitely use again.

Ultimate Home Solutions did a great job on our new roof. We've been ripped off by a few roofing companies in the past and usually never turn up when they say they will, however these guys have been brilliant to work with from start to finish and make things affordable. Highly recommend.

We used this company for a bathroom refit and change to a walk in shower rather than a bath. The fitter Marius was excellent from start to finish. He caused minimal mess and disruption and was extremely conscientious and professional over the 5 days he was here. He took all rubbish and old fixtures and fittings away and was a joy to have working here. The bathroom is a complete revelation to what was there previously.

Bathroom Refurbishment Review From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The job began on time, and every tradesman involved was knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. The old bathroom suite and tiles were removed exactly as agreed, and the new installation was completed to a high standard—right on schedule. An in person follow up review then took place after a week had passed. I'm extremely happy with the results and the overall experience.
