The team was very helpful and well organised with keeping in touch and getting to my queries quickly. I had Monai helping with the process of the event along with things local in the area to do and great accommodations that fitted in with what I wanted. I booked a VIP Ballon D’or experience with Ultimate Hospitality and it could not have gone smoother. Monai was my main contact for the booking and she made things so easy.
