I'm really pleased we were able to get everything sorted for you. Whilst it's never ideal when stock doesn't quite match demand, I'm glad we could get the first part of your order out quickly and keep you updated throughout.
Thank you for your patience while we waited for the remaining pods to arrive, and for your kind words about the customer service. I'll be sure to share your feedback with the rest of the team as well.
We really appreciate your support and look forward to helping you again in the future.
Kind regards,

Great offers and service.
Website is easy to navigate and offers a wide range of products. There are always great value deals and a loyalty reward scheme. Delivery is always quick and on the one occasion I had to contact customer service their reply was quick and helpful. I've used other sites in the past, but now stick with UJ as they are reliable.
