Thrives, scammers, scum
Thrives, scum, that's the only way I can describe this company. I ordered a couple of tanks from them and 1 of them was missing half of the parts from it even though it was all "fully sealed" meaning it was unusable. Tries to contact them over this matter for 5 days and they refuse to reply or answer their phone to respond to and rectify this. I have have to take this matter to my bank to retrieve the money back

We're sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
After reviewing this case, we can confirm that our customer service team responded to your query and offered both a full refund and an exchange to resolve the issue. Our goal is always to ensure every customer receives the support they deserve.
It's also important to note that Ultimate Juice Ltd is a reseller, not the manufacturer or packager of this product. While we make every effort to check stock quality, missing components can occasionally occur within certain batches. When this happens and is brought to our attention, we immediately report the issue to the manufacturer and conduct sample checks on the affected batch to prevent further issues.
While we understand your frustration, we must note that our staff were subjected to inappropriate language and accusations during this process. We always strive to handle all matters professionally and ask that communication remains respectful in return.
At this stage, we consider this matter resolved, as we have offered all reasonable solutions available.
Thank you,
Ultimate Juice Ltd Team

I’m leaving a review even though I ended up not buying anything. When it transpired that the item I had ordered was no longer available they phoned me… I know right…. An actually phone call. How old fashioned… and how reassuring. I will definitely be bearing them in mind when it comes to getting a new mod. Thank you.

I bought a Steam Crave mod, shipped to New Zealand, from U.K. It was faulty and Sajad did his utmost to put things right. He shipped me a replacement at no cost. Ultimate Juice U.K., would get 10+ stars from me for their impeccable customer service. Well done. I highly recommend Ultimate Juice U.K
