Went in for my 8yr old first sleeping bag (school camping trip)
Only initially looking but with the help of Dan and the opportunity for my son to try the sleeping bags out, we walked away with the correct season bag and the correct (youth) size.

I loved my experience at ultimate…
I loved my experience at ultimate outdoors. All the staff were very friendly in particular a young man named Aiden he was especially helpful in picking out shoes and an all round lovely person.

Had a pleasant experience buying a pair of shoes from your store on Wednesday. I thought the Customer service was excellent, especially Aidan. He was able to get me the right pair I wanted in the right size and didn’t try haggle me to get anything else. All round was a very good trip 👍🏼.

The customer service provided by Kaliah was brilliant. I am a difficult walking boot customer due to a number of foot problems, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble despite me not being able to find the perfect pair of boots. I would recommend

I was greeted by two lovely assistants and one of them, called Libby, helped me make my choice of anorak. She gave me advice, was very friendly and efficient and I made my purchase, all within ten minutes. This was excellent service. Well done!

Stress free shopping experience
We would like to say a big thank Kaliah from Ultimate Outdoors, Riverside, Northampton. We wanted to buy a good rucksack and walking shoes, and Kaliah helped us for an hour or so and never once looked or sounded frustrated that we took our time. Such a great help and very patient.
We would also like to thank Leah D for all the help she gave us at the checkout. She was polite patient and very helpful. Thank you for a very stress free shopping experience.
