I successfully passed the evaluation of an account and had to wait 2 months for the strategy check. They claim that they are normally done within 72 hours. I complained about this in their Discord respectfully, and they told me to "quit ranting".
When the strategy check was complete, it was of no surprise to me that I hadn't passed because loads of other traders complained about hidden consistency rules. In my case, I had failed the lot size consistency by 0.2 lots and the PROFIT CONSISTENCY by 1%. If you profit =<35% of your profit target on a single trade then according to them you are gambling. I am a swing trader and that specific trade was open for 3 weeks and had my usual 1% risk trade size. How is that gambling?
Anyway, they said that if you breach these rules, they would allow you more time to keep trading to fix your consistency but this has never been an option to anyone I've spoken to. The hidden rules I am referring to aren't even in the Terms and Conditions, they're on a document called The Schedule of Assessment.
The dashboards are usually frozen and buggy to help you make mistakes and their customer support either takes a week to reply or never replies.
LUCKILY, I was able to get a refund which I had initiated via my bank as Ultracap didn't even respond to my email. The good news is that even if they respond, you can probably get your money back as their practices according to my bank are unethical and we are protected by Consumer Laws.
This is the typical scammy prop firm and should be avoided at all costs. They have competitive prices but inside, they are rotten. My only advice to Ultracap, is to read the Bible, and try to offer an ethical service in which both parties win. Remove all hidden rules or show them in the main screen.
I was disappointed with this firm; I had a high hope that I would do a good thing with them. not knowing that they are just liars and only want to be asking for more funds. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PIAVA. They do pay.
I am not sure how common this is, but they have lot size consistency rule. I read about it before signing up, but I am not sure how it was measured, and it's not visible to me. Upon passing, risk team informed me that there were 8 trades above the upper band (mine was defined as 4 lots) - I had 4.59lots x1, 5lots x3, 6lots x2, 8lots x1, 10lots x1 with the worst trade at -480 and best trade at +700 for these 8 "outliers". My strategy and risk checks were passed, but I failed the lot consistency rule. They asked me to repeat the whole evaluation again, and refused for a refund when I declined to restart. I think this is simply ridiculous and somewhat designed to fail most traders. I may not be a perfect trader, but I am funded on 5 firms, with 5 payouts already. I wish your firm success too, and hope others who are less consistent with their sizing to not get caught by this rule. I may be new in this industry, but I still think this doesn't make sense.

Dear readers, this is why you test services before blindly giving them your money. I had a respectful inquiry fueled by curiosity about a questionable Clause in the terms and conditions. I was met with extreme naggings and hostility, definitely proving the bad reviews on this firm. The thing is that those were already included in the terms and conditions before the Acts of God part, so that is why I was curious to ask. I didn't think a serious firm (as they advertise it) would use redundancy in their official papers as that is something primary school kids do. Nonetheless, I was nagged at and ultimately banned for an innocent, funny, and curious question.
So yeah, in conclusion, I am happy this entire thing happened, as I was close to buying their services even though some people were complaining about not receiving their payouts. I had assumed it was due to their incompetency, yet now I see that this firm does not value customers, only failed evals and denied payouts. I wish the management of this firm read a couple of books on emotional intelligence, as they acted like spoiled kids. I also recommend the bible to learn about being ethical and respectful towards other people, especially when running a firm. I know you will reply to this message with lies like with the other people, but I couldn't care less about that.
I have warned you, readers, that if you lose money on this firm after reading the reviews, please hold yourself accountable.

I rather have the discount reduced and it is offered openly just like how other firms do

I will not be intimidated and allow you guys to lie and walk over us. You guys are the ones spreading misinformation, PEOPLE ARE GETTING BREACHED AND NOT GETTING PAID OUT DUE TO YOUR HIDDEN RULES!!!
1. When people pass your evals, they get SIMULATED ACCOUNTS as per your terms and conditions and by the confirmation of your moderators on your Discord.
2. I am in your Discord and I see your conversations with them before you delete and ban them. Anyone who questions UltraCap's integrity is banned. It is so ironic, you guys have just banned 2 people less than an hour ago in the discord. One had a harmless question about the close I spoke about, and the other called you out on your disrespect and you banned him. I can see everything and will not be intimidated.
3. Stop lying, no one can see the deleted complaints but everyone can see the TrustPilot reviews, thank God. You don't have to scroll much to find people that were extremely affected by your migrations. Everyone had them, yet you handled them almost brainlessly. At least you didn't close up shop, props on that
4. I am a "live" customer under a different name to avoid you unclean people from targeting my "live". My first payouts were granted but have now been denied as a consequence of your hidden rules. NO chance to trade more to prove consistency. Outright breached and offered to start again with a discount. Hilarious!
5. You know you own a bad firm and an inflated ego when unsatisfied customers have complaints and you think it is a smear campaign against you. Big surprise, negative feedback means you are doing something wrong, not that it is a coordinated attack.
The moment I see improvement and concessions, I will delete this and post positive feedback.

First of all, I never felt like reviewing anything but this company has compelled me to. UltraCap is a prop firm designed to make you fail, and I can back it up.
UltraCap is the only SIMULATED FUNDS providing firm that makes you have a minimum of 30 trading days on their FX only plan to be eligible to pass the evaluation. This means you have to open a new trade every single day to keep the counter going. If you are a swing trader and do not trade every day, it might take you months to pass this one requirement.
CLAUSE 2.3 - "All your Trades will be placed on the Trading Platform, which is strictly a demonstration only environment and not a “live”platform."
Besides this, there are rules hidden in the terms and conditions.
1. Every trade bigger than 35% of your profit target, will be disqualified. This rule is just an extra step you have to watch out for, making it easier for UltraCap to terminate your account.
2. If your lot size is not consistent, it will soft-breach your account and you "may" or may not be allowed to continue. This means that if you open trades on half lot size, due to risk management or any reason, you are punished.
Furthermore, in Clause 19, UltraCap states that it is not liable to you and may deny payouts for any third-party reasons including "Acts of God". Yes, you read that right. This firm has had unprofessional and irresponsible operational management and this clause protects them during these sloppy mistakes. These include multiple migrations in which:
1. Traders who were below initial balance were offered to restart their trading if they bought their plans again with a discount. That is paying again for something you already paid due to their sloppiness.
2. Traders that were above their initial balance, were given a "free" new account to resume trading no matter how close they were to their profit targets, causing them to unjustly forfeit their work and restart.
3. "Funded" Traders, even with pending payouts, were also offered to restart on a new EVALUATION ACCOUNT for which a handful of people had to pay. Imagine paying for an evaluation, passing, and trading successfully, then a crisis that is not your fault happens, and you are offered to start again with a discount. At the very least, other firms offered compensation to EVERYONE during these times.
In addition, the support they have in Discord is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Whenever someone has feedback that they do not like, they insult you, delete the conversation, and finally, they warn you that this is the last time before they terminate you due to "negative behavior".
To top it all off, after passing this tedious evaluation, you can only request payouts in 10% blocks, which can easily be denied (It has already happened) due to the hidden rules. UltraCap's profit split boasts a scant amount of 70%, which is one of the lowest in the B-Book industry.
Due to these reasons, I deem UltraCap an unethical firm and I am happy I can post a review and feedback here where it cannot be deleted, as opposed to their official discord.

Actually I did email the Risk team, first was to the original conversation I had with them on Jun 25 and no reply, 2nd new mail on July 15 and still no reply, 3rd was on July 29 on discord private chat and still no reply, and finally 4th on August 19 also on Discord private chat but with another Ultracap staff called Christian, and thankfully he replied it with a message ""Hi, I will try to investigate it for you"".
I will send another email prior to this latest updated post. I understand that Ultracap is very very busy working on the migration at the moment, I will wait

Hello, Everything about UltraCapital is great except for the fact that they have yet to give me my LPM refund on first payout that they confirm was a mistake on their end.
They have promised to honor it as in their own word. quoting them, ""We have confirmed that the refund amount of $668 AUD was not processed previously. We will honor this refund and ensure it is completed"". Jun 21 of 2024/ Rose.S/ Risk Team

I have been part of ultracap since its begining and i am very happy with the relationship that i have with them, i even made another recent purchase and i would like to say i ran into a trouble of making the payment thru their provided options. However, support team arranged me a payment link via paypal which i was requested and it came quick as always.
Very disappointing experience having been funded for a short time before the MT4 issues. The excuse is on changes with issues relating to MT4, not professional in any sense. Not very professional and poor handling of feedback on issues. They expect you take it leave it.
Your reply is riddled with unfounded facts. As a company I understand the MT4 issues but don't understand how it took my pressuring to get you to inform me of a decision on my account 6 months after. Thie said account was only funded live in January. The said 8 months trading had a 7% gain on the account, before I was funded in January. It is unfortunate that your company chose to distort the facts on this issue.
Finally the experience was abysmal and it wasn't just my experience but others also.

It's April 11, and it looks like the UltraCap Trading sign-in portal is now turned off and unavailable. The main site is still up. I have to say that Ultracap was a first class operation from top to bottom. For whatever reason, the "powers that be" just don't want the little guy trading like the big guys because all these governmental and institutional road blocks that restrict retail trading opportunities like Ultracap can't be a coincidence. They say they are just trying to protect us, but I have a feeling they are really just trying to protect themselves, especially after the GameStop fiasco. I am the first person to reject ridiculous conspiracy theories, but this is too much. If they find a way to shutdown Darwinex Zero also, I'm renouncing my US citizenship and moving to Colombia.
UPDATE: The portal is back up and I’m an idiot, but UltraCap still rocks!!!

The website is still up as well as the client portal, but there is no communication whatsoever and no ability to trade. If a company representative wants to correct me or if anyone has any information please share.
