Absolute worst Customer Service…..did not pay for return of order when I told them the heaters do not meet their advertising claims ..these are very cheap looking units which are made in China, do not even look like the units they advertised. The ad showed white heaters, I received black.Units I received were scratched up and the only thing which looked new was the remote but I did not unpackaged to check. I have read several reports of this company being scammers..I can believe it. They received my order back on Jan 6..it is now Feb 10 and I am still out my $181.24. They use a phone number to send you shipping info but you have no way of contacting a live body for help . RIPOFF COMPANY FOR SURE,,,DONT BE TAKEN IN!!!

Had the heater for two years, never used, sat on the top shelf of my bookcase. Gave it to a neighbour as his wife ill, and they struggle to heat their home, it did not work. I went to a "repair cafe" and was seen by an electronics engineer, who examined it and said it was dangerous, no fuse, no proper ce mark, he told me to report it to trading standards. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Misleading and not a genuine product at all. When reported don't even defend their product, only give 14 days to return, 30 days if its faulty. But they are next to fake and do not save money as claimed at all let alone heating your room in 5 minutes haha.

The seller has provided fake tracking information that cannot be tracked with a real courier only their own dubious tracking data on their own website. They promised me delivery within 3 to 5 days. It has now been 20 days.

Based on recent reviews, I am convinced this is a scam product and company. Unfortunately when I ordered the product there was no information about it.

It is shameful to be selling fake heaters during this energy crisis when everyone is struggling to keep warm.

It is a disgrace that they are still operating now with recurring adverts on YouTube undoubtedly tricking more desperate people.

Please be aware that this is the same as orbis and other identical ripoff products. They are trying to take advantage of people who are desperate. It will be an over priced low powered low quality item that you should be very wary of plugging into the mains. There are better safer options that might actually work.

This is a scam. There is no such thing as a free lunch and there is no such thing as free heat. 1 watt of electricity produces 1 watt of heat - it's the same unit of measure, so if it's using hardly any electricity as it claims, then it's producing hardly any heat. Buy an actual heater and insulate your home properly - that's how to reduce your heating bills.

I bought one of these. I think it's a scam. I will wait to see if anything arrives but I'm not too hopeful. It looked a good little device but I've noticed several adverts now all telling different stories about its invention. I've noticed on google that any link just takes you to their own store. Always a bad sign. I'm not buying anything online again unless it's from a proper store.

This is a scam. The young scientist “Markus” that they refer to in their ad is actually Taylor Wilson. Also they claim to be 90% more efficient than commercial heaters which is literally impossible. If it works it’s not going to be cheaper to run than other space heaters. Search “home energy saving tips” on youtube for affordable tips.

P.S Scam tip, the company is not registered in the UK (also likely not in the country you’re buying from) so they can’t be taken to court and therefor can say whatever they want without consequence
