I had to return my HBOT that was purchased on Feb 27/26. Picked up March 7 then returned April 24/26
Have sent 3 requests and no refund
Last info was were still checking if all in package.
Therefore my 10,000 plus is still not returned.
Poor communication and timely action on the part of UltraLux

I have several different products from Ultralux Health and love all of them. They are easy to use and engineered well. This review is for the countertop H2 water machine. I use the water machine everyday and I would not be without it. The H2 water is pure and delicious. It has helped boost my health and energy levels. When I feel a slump in the day, I drink this water to get energized. I also give it to my parrots. It's a great comfort to know they are drinking the healthiest water rather than bottled or tap.
Their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and they are nice people to deal with.

I have several Ultralux products and am
very pleased with all of them. I have a Red Max with adjustable stand that I roll over top of my bed to use. I use it several times a week. It has made such a difference in my aches and pains, my skin and, I do believe, has also reduced my belly fat. It also helps me to relax when my anxiety levels climb. I also have the red light wrap which is great for targeted areas. Using my Ultralux Clean gives me peace of mind in knowing that my spaces are clean and safe without using harsh chemicals. My other Ultralux purchase is, perhaps, my favorite if I would really have to choose. I love my Ultralux Water Machine. Having it installed under my sink makes it so convenient and easy to use. I like the “clean” refreshing taste and feel like the hydrogen water is keeping everyone in our household much healthier. It is a no brainer for all of us to use and encourages us to drink more water. Ultralux’s customer service is outstanding. When my Red Max developed a problem, they very quickly discerned that it needed to be replaced and promptly sent another, which then gave me the box to return the first one. They were very helpful and eager for me to not be without the use of my Red Max for very long.
Ultralux’s products are top notch and have made many improvements in my life. It is unusual to find such companies that really care in today’s world.

I'm so happy with my Ultralux Clean device. I use this everyday on everything from door handles, light switches, sinks, toilets, mouth guards and even on fruits and veggies! ! If you spray it and let it sit for 15+ minutes, it does a lot of the cleaning for you. The before and after photos of my sink are an example of how it works. The best thing about this device is the disinfecting aspect with ZERO chemicals or harsh smells. It's way cheaper than buying premade HCL solutions on the market. Love it and the excellent customer service"!!

I love my UltraluxHealth air filters! They don't take up much space, they are quiet, and best of all, they do an amazing job of filtering the air and removing any smells and scents. When travelling, lodging has always been a problem for me because I'm sensitive to cleaning chemicals, air fresheners, dryer sheets, and pesticides. These are used in most hotels/motels, and many VRBOs/Airbnb's. I used to haul along a very large and heavy, 4ft-high air filter from another company as that was the only way for me to tolerate being in the lodging. Then I found UltraLux Health. For a hotel/motel room, one medium size UltraLux filter does the job just fine. And even better, it fits in my checked suitcase, saving me extra checked bag fees of about $70 on round trip air fare. For larger places like Airbnb's, sometimes I take my small UltraLux too. That way, I have one filter for the living room/kitchen and another for the bedroom. Thank you Ultralux Health!

I've had my UltraLux PEMF mat about a month now. I really appreciate the ease of use, ease of set up, the weight of the mat (~7 pounds, I believe) which makes it easy to set up and put away. The thought in the design of this mat is easy to see and appreciate. I've felt definite improvements in my circulation, pain in my joints, less inflammation, felt the results of the lymph routine, and slept better. I've been searching for something for over a year to replace my biofeedback sessions after my provider was unable to provide sessions any longer. This PEMF mat has me back to feeling much better. Best investment I've made in my health for many years.

This company has despicable customer support. I originally wanted to buy a PEMF mat from Jonathan Otto. However after attending a webinar for Ultralux I was so impressed I bought from them instead. During the webinar, they specifically mentioned how pets loved the mat. My dog got in a serious accident, and I asked about the protocols for healing my dog. They answered that they do not give advice on pets, and I need to contact my vet. My vet wouldn't even know what a PEMF mat is let alone provide a protocol for healing my pet. I also had an appointment to talk to support and nobody showed up.
It seems to me they are only interested in getting your money, then you're on your own.
