great service but pyraz seemed very weak

This is my second rating that I am leaving for Ultrapeptides.com. I have also ordered in the past, products from another company, and they were good for awhile. But unfortunately, their computer stated glitching and it made it virtually impossible to order from them.
Needless to say,Ultrapeptides.com regularly runs sales anywhere from 10% to 25% , and I mean they run sales often. I saved $39.00 from a $200.00 order and I am grateful for that. Just sign up for their newsletter, follow them on Facebook, and you can even ask them if they have a sale going, like I did, and usually they indeed have some sort of sale going.
Sorry for the lengthy message. But I hope that this review helps people understand and also that you can trust these guys ( veteran owned)
Ok. Bottom line. The shipping is always fast. Always. The customer service is always fast. You never wait long to hear back from them. My only complaint is that the products (mine has been experimenting with Fluclotizolam and Flubrotizolam) can slightly vary from time to time, meaning one dose may not be as potent as another dose. But rest assured, the potency is never so low that it is ineffective,wasteful. The dose I just got is very strong, I ordered 4, 30 ml bottles of Fluclotizolam and it's stronger than usual. So don't believe the reviews that say the research chemicals and peptides are totally bunk. I've been buying from these guys for several years now, and I have NEVER had a bunk bottle that was ineffective.
So,if you decide to order today, depending on where you live, expect your mail between 2-3 days. Don't forget to read the shipping policy and their other policies,as they are due to change from time to time.
Email these guys, and watch how fast they get back to you. Always honest, always professional.

Unparalleled customer service. They always ship my orders the same business day if I place it in the morning. The staff always responds to emails, and they have great sales all the time if you sign up for their email list and create an account - it's definitely worth it.

I was super confused and the staff literally help me with probably 30+ emails back-and-forth to help me figure out how I can place my order and get it because I was having trouble because the website was saying that I had an account already set up. Worst experience I email them telling them where is my tracking. Because I only received 5 out of 4 products so I email them again right away and correct myself. And guess what they make a big deal of a 30$ product and block lmao. Dude I just wanted my product I could care less about the money..luckily I dont refer any of my business to this company. This is not a way you treat customer especially vets.

1.This company does what they say.
2.I've received two separate orders in less then two weeks.
3. The prices are a bit high for the amount of product BUT they are on par with these specific sites.
4.They are not big on small talk. They will however respond very quickly to your questions.
5.After running a very expensive test my plant was positive meaning that the bromazolam was in fact real.
6.Will right another review whether or not the pyrazolam is legit.
7.If all goes well I will raise my rating. To Be Continued.

From when I started using this company a year ago and they were prompt on time with having the package out before 4:00 Eastern standard Time. The past four times I have ordered they just print out the label and I'm lucky if it makes it to the post office that day. Per their website it says all attempts will be made to ship same day as long as the order is received before 4:00 Eastern standard Time. Now I say take that with a grain of salt maybe they should change their shipping response to "whenever we get around to it."

over the past year have had two bottles of bromaz with only distilled water in it and a pyrazolam bottle that was "chunky" and obviously not suitable for research. Heated and stirred with magnetic stirrer overnight. Nothing. Looked like someone backwashed into the bottle. Not even an email response when brought up. considering how much they are charging these things should be made right. They are printing money. 50$ for 15mg is so funny to me i keep ordering it cause luckily i only use on my machine responsibly. and selling bromonordiazepam at an even higher upcharge at 2mg per ml? They have no idea what they are doing. Customer service is great until you get one of their mistakes then they will ignore you. and no ive never said i ingest this to them over email. clown world. thought this "veteran owned company" would atleast understand compassion and responsibility but its just a money grab.

I will say i didnt email them about the bromaz cause i knew they wouldnt do sh t about it. They are not good people purely on prices alone. good thing the clearnet is thriving with other much better options. just gotta use crypto to pay and maybe wait a few more days. shipping is always great at Ultra Expensive Reseach Chemicals and Peptides. youll get quality product most of the time but ive been having these issues recently so beware.

Package shows as delivered by usps nothing in the mail box, no response from vendor and last batch was weak! SMH!! Maybe if someone reaches out I'll change my mind.
