The auto order kicks on Wednesday usually by Friday we have it, nothing arrives, contact Ulula and ohhh were sorry but we’re out of stock waiting for it to arrive from EU, maybe next Wednesday now, but money they took and were out of powder milk for our little boy, excellent service

Quick delivery and even got some treats.
Hole formula has been our choice since day one. At one point we did try other brands, more camommercial, however our baby did not adjust to them and we have then made the conscious choice for this to be the one that meets all his needs. It’s a less chemical or processed way of nurturing our baby and ensuring he grows healthy and with all that he needs.

It's not the first (and not even 11th) time we order products from Ulula for our kids, and always we get them delivered promptly, packed in well thought-out manner, with particular care about hygiene (something which is not always practiced by other player on this market). Clear 5/5

Extremely disappointed with Ulula’s service - I have been cheated and after wasting MANY HOURS of my time, I’m £72 (plus £8 postage) out of pocket as Chris at Ulula is ignoring my emails regarding giving me a refund for the unopened products I sent back at my own cost. Barclays bank is not able to refund me either as Ulula’s bank account has no funds!
I have purchased some organic goat milk formula on the 4th January this year and when they arrived I noticed on the pack that the whole goat milk powder in the formula is actually made of Demeter from biodynamic farming and is not organic. The rest of the ingredients like vegetable oils are the organic ones.
I decided to return the items, it’s stated on the website that it’s fine to do within 14 days if we are not happy. So I contacted ulula straight away using the email address stated on their website (info) as well as (Sophie) from the confirmation - trust pilot does not allow me to state these email addresses or post screenshots :( to ask for the correct procedure to follow as they instruct online to do this. I received no reply so I emailed another 3 times the next 3 weeks, still no reply!
I then contacted my bank to explain the situation and ask for a refund that way.
Both Barclays Bank and PayPal have said to me that it is actually a subscription. I was really shocked to hear this as I never signed up for this and have also checked my confirmation email which said nothing about the subscription. So I asked to cancel this subscription and my money back.
Then miraculously a few weeks later I received an abrupt and rude phone call from Chris at Ulula to say that he heard from the bank that I want to send some items back for a refund. He said ‘he wishes I didn’t get the bank involved now’ - I had no choice as all my emails were ignored at their end. He said he emailed me back but I didn’t receive anything! I asked him to forward those emails back to me and interestingly I still received nothing.
He then agreed for me to send the items back at my own cost and told me what address to use. So I did that and I saw from the delivery company’s site that the items were delivered and signed for on Friday the 9th February. I waited and waited, again, no response to any of my emails then on the 21st March, the very first response I received from ulula was from Chris saying that PayPal are dealing with this request. This is again a lie as both PayPal and Barclays Bank have confirmed that it is the seller’s obligation to refund the money as they have received the unopened items from me and I have proof of this. I chased since, it’s May now and still nothing!
I am extremely disappointed and would have never imagined such a cheat is even possible in the UK.
I absolutely hate to leave a negative review and lacking in free time but this is an unbelievable situation!
Stay away from these people and if you want any of their products they are sold on other sites.
The hand written thank you note on the delivery note and quick shipping does not make up for the horrendous customer service when it’s related to a return!
P.S. I have just left a one stat google review and I was able to post screenshots too.

Really lovely product plus delivery. It is not suitable for a 3-4 year old as the bottle is too small and a straw has a very awkward flow and my toddler stopps drinking after a while as it is so slow. Perhaps a different product with a straw for this age group would be more recommended
