Ordered several magnet on March 5th. Received shipping confirmation on March 7th. Since then, the delivery time indicated on the tracking site has continued to increase, going from 3 days to 4, then 5, then 6... I contacted their customer support without success. I should have researched this "company" before buying...
[EDIT] to reply to UMagnets' answer: I've already contacted you, once by answering one of your email (5 days ago) and once via your website (48h ago). To date you haven't answered. As mentionned, I've used the tracking website, but it looks like there is a problem with my order, the package hasn't moved for the past 5 days and the estiamted delivery time keep increasing.

The magnets are super strong. Be careful with them as they are very strong

Order paid, but it never arrived. No reaction on complaint with contact form and with Whatsapp message.

Two months now and no magnets or reply. This is a scam business. They took my money and did not ship anything.

They are scampi have ordered 3~4 weeks back,haven't received any reply for my repeated emails.Their intention seems clear

I ordered over 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for my product. Sent 4 emails to customer service and still waiting for a response. I am going to dispute the charges with the credit card company as a fraudulent claim. Save your time, effort and money. Do not order from this company!

Worst company ever!! I ordered some stuff and after a few weeks of emails trying to find out where’s my order and filing a report with PayPal, Boom! Now they “supposedly” shipped my order that I still haven’t got.

Never received what I ordered. Had to dispute with Paypal. Do not order from this website.

Bought a few products to test out the reliability of this company and included an expedited fee to see how fast they would arrive. I purchased them on April 23rd and I am now in a back and forth with them on the arrival. They barely respond and we still don't have products. We are now putting them on blast everywhere we can. DO NOT do business with this company.

Billed me via Paypal, order said shipped, but tracking # didn't work or site was fake, and I never recived the item. Tried contacting seller with no response. Luckily I got my money back from Paypal. Umagnets is NOT legit.

Order placed march 4th, as of march 18th still in "processing" stage. Not a small order ($200+)
no response on whatsapp, no replies to emails. if this continues for much longer I'll be requesting a refund through my credit card company.
