High quality products and amazing customer service
The products are high quality and look amazing. I bought the red watch, ring and bracelet set and they all look amazing. Customer support is also very friendly and fast!

Originally left bad review due to no watch received and having e-mailed 3 times with no one getting back to me.
Umbra have since been in touch to apologise for the issue and have rectified the problem as well. Good customer service overall.

Unfathomably slow delivery and terrible quality
It has been nearly three months since my order, it still hasnt arrived.
edit: The watch has now arrived. The quality is really terrible for close to 300€. I could make something better, save your money.
I refuse to believe the 5 star reviews are genuine. This one is.

You will never receive your package I…
You will never receive your package I ordered a watch in May never received it. I emailed them over and over again it was the same thing ever time. I final said that I want a refund and they stopped emailing me back. I had to do a claim on my bank account to get the money back. First they said the label for my address got damaged it got sent back to them. Then it was never sent back out but they kept saying that it did even though ups and the other one you can keep track of the package with said it had left the facility. When I finally said I wanted a refund they said the package arrived but no one was there to receive the package even thought no one needed to sign for it. I was home all day they said it arrived and nothing even came to the door. This exact same thing has happened to many other people I don't believe that it's a coincidence. I should have done my research before ordering from them.

I’ve personally looked into your case in our system and according to the tracking information, the issue was that the address you entered at checkout was incorrect. The parcel was shipped to the exact address you provided, but because of the error it could not be delivered.
The only reason the delivery failed was due to the incorrect address provided by you during checkout. As stated in our refund policy, if a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address entered by the customer, we can only issue a refund once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse.
Unfortunately, before we had the chance to receive the parcel back and process the refund, you opened a chargeback with your bank. At that point, the case is handled directly by the bank, and we are no longer able to issue a refund ourselves.
We understand your frustration, but it’s important for other readers to know that this situation was not caused by us, it was due to an incorrect address being entered. We kindly ask that false claims are not made to damage our brand’s reputation. Please know that if the parcel had arrived back at our warehouse, we would have refunded you in line with our policy.

Nailed it!
At first I was a bit hesitant only saw Umbra Noctis on Insta and didn’t know if it was just hype or the real deal. But honestly? They delivered.
I went for the Shadow King and the watch looks even better in real life and the quality really surprised me in a good way.
What really stood out though was the customer service. I had a quick question about adjusting the strap, sent an email in the evening and had a super helpful reply waiting for me the next morning. No copy-paste stuff, just genuinely helpful.
So yeah great product, great support, and a brand that clearly puts thought into what they do. Definitely not my last order.

Beautiful result. Worth the long wait
Found the company while scrolling through Instagram. Their unique design caught my eye. I purchased the moonlight model and have been delighted with the result. It was everything I had hoped for and was worth the wait. (I ordered as a UK customer and had to wait 2.5months for it to be both custom made and delivered to my door) but I am so happy with the result it was well worth waiting all that time!

My watch never arrived and I've been ignored
So I ordered a watch from their site in February. After many weeks I requested an update and they said it'd take around 8 weeks. I chased them again in late April and I was informed it was stuck in delivery and will update me ASAP. I chased AGAIN this week and I've had zero response. I just want a resolution after all this time and uncertainty. Either a delivery of my watch immediately or a refund as it's been 3 months and I've giving more than enough time.

Hi, we are very sorry for your experience. As already discussed via email, the parcel was lost in transit by the delivery company. We opened a trace and waited for their investigation in case it could be located and redelivered. Since that did not happen, your refund has already been processed back to your original payment method.
Because our watches are handmade in small batches, we could not immediately send a replacement while the carrier investigation was ongoing. We understand how frustrating the wait felt, and we apologize.
