Arrived without delay, package in good order, just opened the box so haven't used it yet. It looks very impressive, doesn't look cheap at all. Pretty heavy duty, and with the 2L Canister this will be a substantial amount of ice cream done at once, which we're excited about! So far so good, I'll be happy to put in a review once we've tried it out, for the price so far, it looks well worth the price tag! ( the only complaint I have is the delivery person left it right at our front door, which is clearly viewable from the street, it could have been easily stolen. So my recommendation is to be very specific with your delivery instructions)

I order the Whynter 1.28 Ice Cream Maker(it’s also awesome). I had issues when it arrived, was missing the pail and paddle. I contact customer service and Eugene replied within 1 day. Unbelievable customer service and he had me return the item( they paid return shipping) and sent me out a new one. Shipping took approximately 2 weeks( I live in BC) , which was fine for as their price for this machine was a great deal so I was fine even if it took longer. For an online company, I must say their customer service was excellent and highly recommend to order from them

Delivery was supposed to come to my house and it didnt. Went to a warehouse for pickup. Also took about 5 weeks to come in.
