Great product. Extremely efficient service. Good value for money.

Lovely product & fast delivery

Currently a unique product. It’s seems all other pajamas have a continuous elasticated waist and a draw string with a minimal fly opening. I want pajamas not swimming trunks.
These pajamas are a pleasant weight, have a button fastening and a proper fly. They are also competitively priced.
They are a little generous in the sizing.

The items I ordered did not look anything like the picture.
The picture showed the item had a leg length that would stop chaffing of the upper inner legs. The item I recieved had a leg so short that it made chaffing worse- they were more like old fashioned PE pants not shorts.
The picture showed the item had a waist band. The item i received has the fabric folded over a thin piece of elastic.
It gets one star because the item is cotton. But that's it.
ACCORDING TO THE RTURNS PAPERWORK, I CANNOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE IT IS CLASSED AS UNDERWEAR.
I believe this is classed as trade descriptions failure.

Excellent service first class

First time buying from this company the material the bra was made of was very rough and the cup seam is very thick and shows through my clothing

I bought a very nice lightweight Dressing Gown for my husband but it was too large. I packed it up very neatly and returned the same day received. The return via Royal mail was quite easy to complete and I am waiting to receive an exchange of a smaller size. Communication was ok with the company. I am just waiting for the exchange now which Royal Mail confirmed has been sent to Undercover Lingerie.
