    Excellent service

    Once again, an excellent service. Two of the items I was interested in were showing as not in stock but with 24 hours they notified me to say they were now available for order.

    Great Price And Fast Delivery

    Great little heat mat for our bathroom. Much better than the price world suggest and up there with the big boys.

    Arrived quickly and was well packed.

    Will certainly come back when we do the kitchen.

    Don’t usually do reviews but feel I had to for this company. Great service and helped me so much in the shop and so knowledgeable.
    Underfloor heating fitted this weekend by the electrician and works really well I’m so pleased I choose this company.
    We highly recommend to all my friends and family.

    Just installed our 2nd 200w mat from…

    Just installed our 2nd 200w mat from these guys.
    Their advice and knowledge is so refreshing and even called me to check my order as I ordered the wrong insulation for the mat.
    With their help I have a great UFH system under the floor and my cats love it!!!

    For the price I was slightly suspicious…

    For the price I was slightly suspicious but after laying the underfloor heating mat almost one year ago i cant fault it or the thermostat. The mat is fitted under tiles and is heating them easily and evenly. The thermostat is simple to use and the Wi-Fi capability via the app seems solid and was simple to link to my iPhone. It is also shared with my wife’s android phone but to be honest she does not ever use the app to control the heating so cant say to much about that side.

    In honesty, we hear a lot that the price of our products is off putting, but we like to fair with our prices and don't invest in marketing, passing the savings on to our customers, whilst offering the same quality product as the identical more expensive brands.

    Good news is you are buying direct from the manufacturer, with no 3rd parties involved. That means we know how to assist our customers, as we manufacture the heating and insulation ourselves.
