Under stairs storage fitted last week.
The initial contact with Giobella and the survey visit through to the fitting were at all times customer focused and polite. Kept informed of all our options at all stages. On the agreed date and time the fitting was done by Adam. He was polite & courteous at all times when on site; checking that the fitting was exactly as agreed. Cleaned up and left no mess at all.

Adam finished our under-stairs storage today after almost 2 full days of slog. The man never stopped. No disappearing off for lunch. His attention to detail and the care he took of our home was amazing. I was worried as new carpet fitted prior to fitting. But Adam protected it hovered frequently made sure we were happy with everything. Wiped everything down afterwards. Explained usage of lighting best way to open drawers etc. Cannot fault his work or quality of product at all. Yes I would definitely reccomend. Everyone I came into contact with at Giobella was professional knowledgable and friendly.

The job done by Adam was truly amazing. We are more than happy and we can only recommend 👍

We have literally just had our Geobella understairs storage system fitted by the amazing Adam, who completed the work in just one day. His attention to detail is second to none. He arrived on time, took great care to protect our wooden floor, cleaned up throughout and was polite, friendly and helpful. We can't praise the system and finish enough. The unit is sturdy, beautifully made and increased our storage capability tenfold. We highly recommend this company

From the moment I spoke with Tony in sales, everything was smooth and professional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The quality of the board supplied was top-notch — clearly built to last and looks fantastic.

Excellent service from the first contact to installation. Tony was very thorough with his survey; fully explaining what they could do and discussing any adjustments we needed to make to get what we wanted. Pricing was competitive and very straightforward. Communication was great along the process.

From start to finish they have been great, from the initial call with Tony to discuss and arrange a survey, to Nick who came out and was so helpful to design exactly what I wanted but didn't know I could have. Communication has been great and Tony was so good when I had to delay for a couple of weeks due to electrical works. Adam was our fitter and what a lovely guy, his workmanship was fantastic and his attention to detail was just amazing! I am beyond happy and it exceeds all my expectations. Thank you all so much 😊

Great service overall. Would definitely recommend ! We visited their showroom and instantly put down a deposit for technical survey. No pushy sales pitch or anything, their product and quality sells itself 😀. Nick came around for a survey. After taking measurements he explained everything and gave a tentative installation date ~ 1 month after. To our surprise and earlier slot opened up and Adam completed the installation. Very professional and clean, plasterboard wall was taken off and the finish came out really well. I'm glad we went with this family run business with personal attention than with a chain store !

Excellent company, excellent communications and products from the Giobella team. Our units were professionally fitted by the absolutely amazing and highly skilled Adam. We had aa huge area that needed working with, we had 7 extra deep draws, 2 of which were for shoes and 3 tall and one smaller cupboard finished in a high grey gloss finish. Adam's work was beyond exceptional, he took immense pride in the accuracy of the fit of each component and his attention to even the smallest detail was evident. Adam ensured the areas he was working was kept clean from start to finish. This was a 3 day project which Adam and Goilbella exceeded at, even beyond our expections. I would have no hesitation in HIGHLY recommending Giobella and their excellent craft person/joiner Adam. 10/10

Perfect, from beginning to end. Such a friendly professional company lead to an outstanding quality product over the moon with our storage. We have an old Edwardian house and the harmony range fits in so well, looks like it’s always been there. From initial enquiry with Tony to the expert installation by Paul absolutely can’t fault. The attention to detail is way above anyone else nothing is a problem to them. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend and not as expensive as you would think. Thankyou

Fantastic product by Giobella and fitted so professionally by Adam. We went for the extra deep drawers for extra storage space which are a brilliant idea. The finished product is to such a high standard and it saves having to paint finish anything like some other products. Adam's work was professional, accurate and his attention to detail second to none. He continuously kept the work area clean and tidied up before leaving. Cannot recommend enough.

We had our understairs storage fitted last week, all on time and as per the agreed schedule. Tony came out to do the measuring up and agreed a price with us a few weeks ago and it was installed on the agreed date.
Adam did a great job, working hard all day - he is a perfectionist, which is what you want when someone is working on your house. He would have had a very long day by the time he got home, but we kept him supplied with cups of tea!
We are very happy with the finished job, looks great and is very practical. Tony and Adam made sure the design gives us easy access to the electricity meter behind the unit.
