I've been on disability for years and I was contacted about getting a mobility scooter. They gave me the runaround promised me a scooter and then put all these demands that no position is going to be willing to meet. They insist on a face-to-face meeting with my internist? They've got to be kidding with this nothing more than a scam. I've actually never been so insulted trying to deal with such stupidity in my life. My advice is to run away. Run fast. Run far. And whatever you do don't give them your information.

My life has been a roller-coaster for almost a year but Donald helped me find resources and agencies to finally get housing and medical care. He even gave me leads for pet friendly apartments so I could keep my cat! I'm extremely grateful for everything he has done!

i tried these services because they all sound too good to be true and this one was slightly better than SOLACE but still run by amateurs it feels. i got passed around from various assistants. one of my ladies was very nice, just not able to help me very much and it sounds like she was kind of making up stuff as she went along

Vivian has been a godsend. She has worked very hard helping me with food, utilities, ect.

Donald Washer is excellent!!! He helped me find doctors, get appointments, stayed within my area and checked back to see how things went. He is also very personable and easy to talk to. Absolutely wonderful!!

Well so far they have been trying to get me the things I need looking forward for the next interview with them

Christi was a great helper for me ,in finding info I need she is the nicest person .

Shayla was wonderful so helpful and made so many phone calls looking for me a scooter. Finally connected with united way and found me one.They put it together and Finally got it today.Am so thankful to Shayla and Tom for all their help.

She very friendly and seems the be willing to dig for ways to help me,but right now I’m in a world of hurt and getting deeper in debt with my utilities….i don’t have money to at them ! I need them to be paid up to date .. I haven’t gotten responses from her for awhile . I texted her 2 times and she hasn’t got back to me

She is a person that really cares about her person that she works with! She has a heart of gold! Meaning she shows great concerns about her Elderly people; she listens and if she not sure she has the patience to listen to do her best to assist or get someone who can assist in a proper manner! Need more people susuch as herself! To work theses kind of jobs!

We have only been using Uneeka for a few weeks and she has helped a great bit already. Thank you so much for all your help and guidance.
