I have emailed screenshots to you to show our end of the Online Chat conversation we had on Friday to show me waiting for your reply just shy of 10 minutes after your message. We are a small business in Cornwall and our Online Team is made up of myself and two new members of staff; we do our best to reply to any issues/enquiries as soon as possible as we believe one of the benefits from ordering from a smaller company should be better customer service and I am so sorry that you feel we have failed you on this occasion.
If I had known that this message had not reached you then I would have been more than happy to have chased it and to have contacted you further, this is why I felt the need to call you this morning to make it clear that we would not ignore an enquiry from a customer.
