We took the services of Hasan Unek for Party wall Notices for my both neighbours. He is very reliable and handled the whole process smoothly and completed 'Schedule of Conditions' and Party wall Award to my both neighbours in less than 4 weeks. I'm well pleased with his work ethics and happy to refer to my friends if required.

Flawless service and execution
Our experience with UNEK has been brilliant from quote to final deliverables. Hasan Unek is detailed, organised, and explained the process to us very well. We had to complete party wall agreements on both sides, one of them with their own appointed surveyor, and Hasan managed and handled everything expertly. He even ensured that the surveyor appointed by our neighbours does not charge charge excessively. We highly recommend UNEK!

From start to finish, the service provided by Hasan was excellent. Throughout the whole process hasan kept us informed. The report provided was as requested and within the timescales agreed.
