No response to emails, 2 weeks later no goods delivered… will be arranging a chargeback

THIS IS A SCAM I HAVE PAID OVER £3500 FOR FLUTED PANELS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND NOW NO ONE RESPONSE DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY JERZY SEEM TO BE A NICE PERSON CLEARLY NOT I AM NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY

Very pleased with primed ribbed panels, saved tons of time on sanding, worth every penny!

We don't usually leave Trustpilot reviews, but decided to write a true, 5 star review here as they truly deserve it. Product delivered within 3 working days and of exceptional quality. Have to agree that we worried too after reading all the negative reviews here, not much communication from their side after ordering, we too didn't receive any delivery date, or order updates of any sort after paying and we also attempted to call and no-one answered. But on the 3rd day after ordering, they simply got delivered, very nice delivery guy, and would definitely order again from them if needed.

I’m using Uniboards with every occasion and it’s always been spot on and delivered on every promised service! Will use again!

I am absolutely thrilled with the superb quality of the product I received. Honestly, this is the cheapest cost you can find in the entire UK market for this level of quality—it's truly unbeatable value. If price and product quality are your top priorities, then look no further; this company delivers on both fronts exceptionally well.

However, I do feel the need to mention that the communication and customer support experience could be significantly improved. Response times were often slow, and getting clear updates was sometimes a challenge. While the end product was perfect, the process of getting there felt a bit disjointed due to the lack of proactive or timely communication.

My Verdict: If you prioritize outstanding quality at the absolute best price, you should definitely use this company. Just be prepared to be patient with their support team. I would order again purely based on the incredible value and product itself

Perfect product for the job! Great quality and great service. I made an error when purchasing and selected the wrong finish on the board and only realised after delivery. The kind gentleman I spoke to at customer service was more than helpful to arrange an exchange delivery within 48 hours time. I needed it urgently so we agreed on a collection from the warehouse. They are very accommodating and professional. Will definitely purchase again.

We’ve had a very good experience with Uniboards, despite the negative feedback I’ve seen—which honestly surprised me. They offered a very competitive price and great service. Our boards even arrived earlier than expected, which was a bonus. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

I almost guarantee the good reviews are from the owners. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Took our money and never delivered- now won’t answer phone or email.

I don't know about others, but I had no problem with these guys, flexi solid panels that I ordered, even received bigger than paid for!!!

Do not order. Made an order. Took our money. No delivery date, no nothing. They are not contactable, phone just rings, i have tired 16 times now today alone, emails and chat waste of time. Reporting to financial ombudsman.

I made five attempts to get a VAT invoice for a purchase. The company is legally required to provide one.

Three emails were ignored. The company's phone number goes straight to voice mail. The website's chat function is unanswered.

Simply not worth the hassle.

This company are impossible to contact - I ordered 5 sheets of oak faced plywood, 2 sheets of hardwood 6 mm ply and some oak edge banding. The boards arrived without warning on 28/2/25 ( 2 were damaged ). The oak banding didn’t arrive at all. I have tried their chat, sent countless emails and left voice messages ( since they don’t answer their phone). All without acknowledgement or response. My only option now is to contact my credit card company to get a refund for the damaged and undelivered items. My advice to anyone contemplating ordering from these guys is - well - just don’t !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They said they will dispatch an order over a week ago and the company is now not contactable. Calls ring through and sent emails are read but they do not reply.

There is absolutely no customer support after they take your money. The phone goes unanswered and emails disappear into the void. No way to amend or cancel an order on the website.

After a week of total silence, a delivery truck arrived without notification and dropped the goods off.

The sheet material that was delivered looks fine, but I won't be ordering from them again.

Definitely doesn't deserve all these 1 stars! Just leaving a review to bring the rating up a bit!

Delivery was about 1-2 weeks after ordering, let me change the delivery date as I wasn't going to be in at the time they were planning. Good product. No major complaints really, would buy from them again!

Would give zero stars if I could - DO NOT order from this company. They took our money for an order on the 5th December and have disappeared. They have not responded to phone messages or emails. Have reported to the bank and GOV spam websites.
