I've finally found an ads manager who actually gives a damn.

Truly, I know it's probably unrealistic to think that someone would care about the ads budget more than the owner of the company ... but our ads manager is pretty darn close. He's a part of our team. We love him. And the leadership at Unicorn has been completely top tier. I was hesitant at first ... I asked for references from them. They were happy to give them. Reviews were glowing. You can tell Unicorn pours into their people, and their people are top-notch.

10/10. Would recommend. But don't take my ads manager.
