Unidragon Opiniones

I recently ordered a very nice puzzle from the site. The staff is very kind and offers quick answers to any concerns. The package arrived very quickly and the puzzle shape is very nice. I will definitely return to the site for other orders.

Unidragon puzzles are the best value for money, thier quality is amazing, it is a real pleasure to touch and to assemble the details. I have been buying them for myself and as Chmas presents for 2 years and my friends are waiting to expand thier collections. Did not open the boxes yet this time , but had no problems with the delivery.

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with the Unidragon puzzle. This puzzle is an absolute delight for anyone who loves a challenging and beautifully crafted jigsaw. The quality of the pieces is exceptional, and the attention to detail in the artwork is truly impressive. I found myself captivated by the intricate design and vibrant colors.
Assembling the Unidragon puzzle was not only a fun and engaging activity but also a great way to relax and unwind. The pieces fit together perfectly, and the final image was stunning.
I also appreciate the eco-friendly approach of Unidragon, using sustainably sourced wood and environmentally friendly inks. This commitment to the environment adds to the overall appeal of their puzzles.
In conclusion, Unidragon puzzle exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, design, and enjoyment. I highly recommend it to puzzle enthusiasts and anyone looking for a unique and visually striking puzzle experience.

The wooden puzzle pieces are amazing, the kids just loved it! We had so much fun making de Kids World Map puzzle. Definitely will buy some for Christmas 🎅😍

Here I found the most beautiful puzzles.. I love all their pieces and highly recommend them.

I have lost count on how many email I have sent Unidragon about this and feel Unidragon are being very rude to just ignore my emails.

I have not received order number ORDER #95624 that I placed in August, I have sent many emails about this and asked for a full refund, it’s 3 months now for this order to arrive and this is too long.

Please arrange a full refund and courtesy to reply to my email.

UPDATE;
Unidragon have now emailed me and have sent me a form to fill in (that is not fillable on my pad) stating that I am refusing the items. My reply to them was,
‘This form states that I am refusing the goods, this is not true, you have failed to supply the goods, the delivery company you used only attempted to deliver once, and when I look on the tracker it stated that they would deliver again on the next working day, they did not do this. So please send my refund to the account I used to pay for the goods’.

This is really bad, the form looks very, how can I explained, well have a look for yourself below, has anyone ever had to fill in a for like this when they have not delivered the items. Plus the form states it takes the postage from me.

Here is a copy of the form:

"I recently ordered a new Quezzle puzzle from Unidragon, but the transport company damaged the box. I was really disappointed, especially since I had been waiting for a long time to receive the puzzle.

I contacted Unidragon customer support, and they were incredibly helpful. They apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent me a new puzzle. I received the new puzzle within a few days, and I was so happy with the way Unidragon handled the situation.

I'm really impressed with Unidragon's customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Unidragon to anyone looking for high-quality puzzles and excellent customer service.

Even though the transport company damaged the box, Unidragon fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I'm very grateful for their help, and I'm excited to start working on my new puzzle!"

Bought for kids. They love a lot.

Quezzle Space Adventures
This is a high quality wooden puzzle (1000 pieces) with board game, mini games and 3D puzzles. I love the space theme, it was super fun to make it. There are astronaut and spaceship shaped pieces, too. I needed about 12 hours for it.

To be honest, I got my own unicorn and I couldn't be happy! Everything about this puzzle is exceptional, from the gorgeous colours to the unique and different cuts of each piece. It's my first time having this kind of wooden puzzle and I am not disspointed, the quality is superior as well as the durability ( my degu squirrel decided that it was time to nibble on some pieces, but I got to her in time so everyone is safe :)) ).
It is indeed, a very challenging puzzle, but it did help me relieve some stress and anxiety. I also had a lot of fun while assembling it and living my own fairytail.
Also, the customer service was very proffesional and helped me when the puzzle got a little lost at the local postoffice.
I highly reccomend you giving UniDragon puzzles a chance since the craftsmanship is excellent and they do have puzzle for all ages.
Can't wait to get myself another one! 😍

INTERGALAXY BUTTERFLY 199 pcs a great gift for both a Child and an adult.
Assembly time in 3 hours.
So great this experience .

The most beautiful puzzle 🧩 then I ever seen. The puzzle is made of wood, most importantly, the colors are the same as in the picture.

We had a great time to collect the puzzle 🧩 with my family.

“Mandala Tree of Life”
This puzzle is very qualitatively made of wood and carefully varnished, so that in the end you get a beautiful image of the tree of life. Every detail is well cut, polished and fits together perfectly for an ideal puzzle assembly. It came in a compact and beautiful box that I can use in my home as a decor item and that makes me very happy. Together with my daughter I assembled this puzzle and there were unique moments spent together away from gadgets and the virtual world. Fun and useful for the brain and attention. I recommend the puzzles from Unidragon!!!

Mandala tree of life (200 pieces) is the most beautiful puzzle I have tried. This wooden puzzle is beyond my expectations, it has an unique cutting-edge, every piece is unique and interesting. This puzzle is of superior quality. I definitely enjoyed the time I spent with this puzzle. I love it!

This puzzle is gorgeous. I made it with my husband and daughters. We've always wanted a tree of life puzzle. I recommend it for family moments when you spend time together.

I liked doing puzzles since childhood. For me it is a relaxing activity and it stimulates my creativity.
This wooden puzzle is beyond my expectations and it is the most beautiful puzzle I have tried so far.
This puzzle has a unique cutting-edge, every piece is unique and interesting. I solved the Italian Riviera puzzle in few hours, it is easy and fun to make it. For vegetation, there are pieces in the shape of a butterfly. For water, there are pieces in seahorse shape and for buildings I discovered a roof-shaped piece. So awesome and brilliant!
The pieces don`t reflect the light, which I like it. The image is so accurate even in details. The quality is top! The box is made of wood and very artistic.
I was impressed and fascinated by this puzzle and I just love it!
I have already glued the pieces to put on the wall in my room. I would definitely love to try more puzzles like this.

“Italian Riviera” by @unidragon_com (250 pieces) What fun shaped pieces and what a tough puzzle! 😅
The wibbly edge meant I had no idea when I had edge pieces in my hand! The trees and water were also tough to orient. So this took a lot longer than I expected - which makes it better value for money, right?
I definitely enjoyed the time I spent with this puzzle and I’m glad I have another one from this range sitting in my todo pile 😁

I actually really love Unidragon puzzles, but theyre not creating beautiful puzzles anymore. Ive been getting emails for new puzzles and theyre all terrible. Their latest one is a plain black and white although challenging puzzle, it's ugly. There was one that was japanese the great wave which is also plain and ugly. The other ones are meant for kids. Dont see myself buying from them anymore since theyre going down hill in their creations. The new puzzles also have a flat, straight edge instead of the beautifully shaped edges of previous puzzles. Unidragon's unique beautiful puzzles is what drew me in and now theyre unfortunately going in a plain, ugly direction.
