Arm length too long
Body fit, colour and embroidery were good. Arm length way too long. Had to have mine altered since I cannot return

Hi Sorry that you found the sleeves on your garment too long, unfortunately as we don't manufacture the garment this is out of our control but will take this on board. Good to hear that you were pleased with the embroidery.

I was told orders come in few days and…
I was told orders come in few days and an email followed up saying it is delayed now for up to 7-10 days after I complained. This is the 15th day and I’ve seen anything. I have been waiting it out patiently but the constant email about rating how you did is annoying when I haven’t even gotten my order.

Thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry that you are not happy with the time it has taken to complete your order. I am not sure who told you orders take a few days, as we are working 7-10 days, which is clearly shown on our website. Our time frame is based on working days, as we don't work weekends. Based on your order date, yesterday was the 10th day from when your order was placed. When you chased up your order earlier this week, you were told that we were working on 7-10 days (not that your order was delayed for 7-10 days) and that your order was being sent out in the next few days. As explained by email sent to you today, since our previous email we had a delayed delivery from DPD which had the stock required to fulfil your order. Your order is being sent out today, this is 1 day later than expected based on our time frame. Our delivery times are also clearly listed on our website and when orders are placed. Thanks
